This is regarding the Fixed Deposit that I made with Plethico Pharmaceutical Ltd that had matured on march 2015. but has till date not been settled from your end.
I have sent my original two FDRs Receipt

Atleast somebody should reply. There is no source of contact with company. The contact no. on website are not working.
No letter or any reply through any medium has been received from company .

My 4 month salary due in plethico pharma. Long time i request to higher management for my due salary. But not give me any satisfactory reply. I have wait to long time of my due salary. Reply or pletheco management is company are very poor condition so not able to your due salary but company condition is really not poor.

My salary of 4month pending last 3 year but company management are not resolved my problem. Very bad company exp in my career. Pharma company employe salary due it is very bad. Company position is already good. But salary not give so i request to company management my hardworking and my important time use for company it coast paid me. Because i wait for long time.

Fdr dt: 16/07/2013 due dt: 15/07/2014 maturity amount rs: 44, 586/=.

I have not received the maturity amount of my fdr which was due on 15/07/2014. Despite contacting the company several times via email or physical mail no action has been taken and my hard earned money has not been returned.

Requesting the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter as my earnings are at stake and being a senior citizen i am in urgent need of money.

With reference to the above subject and reference, i have to inform you that after 15 months of maturity of fixed deposit receipt of a senior citizen person the principal amount with cumulative interest amount was not received by mr. Navinchandra chhaganlal modi who is aged at 78 years.

The detail of fixed deposit receipt is as under.

Fdr 27333 matured on 13th july 2015 for rs. 1, 50, 000/-, and another fdr 27194 matured on 23rd may 2015 for rs. 1, 00, 000/- not been paid the matured amount till date. I am a senior citizen waiting for the money for our family monthly expenses.

It is being two years gone there is no answer from the pelethico officials.

It is very sad that the government of india is sitting tight and doing nothing to alleviate the
Sufferings of senior citizen who have invested their hard earned money with plethico pharmaceuticals, merely based on the advice given by brokers who are also to share the blame in this dirty game. With the high cost of living, senior citizens and retirees look for little more interest to budget their monthly expenses since they cannot depend on banks alone who pay very little interest on their limited savings.
We are hoping and praying that the government, or the ministry of finance, or the company law board will come with some solution to help us out immediately.
Modiji hope you are aware of our pitiable situation. Please do something to help us out.

I have till date not received the amount.

Please arrange to pay my amount as i need it.

This is second compliant for the same matter and no resolution has been made.

I have not got the refund after confirmation from your office that it will be given by 31st March 2015. Now March 2016 is approaching and it's more than 18 months after maturity, I have yet to get the refund. I have now attained age of 88. I am unable to understand why such a listed Company harassing investors.

I am a senior citizen aged 67 and have invested all my life saving in FD . I and my wife have serious health problems and unable to meet even the medical bills. In this old age even the family has abondoned us. Kindly help to get back my money before we die. I have the company several times through phones, mails etc. But no response. The govt.of India through SEBI, RBI, ROC, CLB, SI FO and other agencies should take serious action and put the top management/promotors behind bars and do justice to SR.citizens immediately.

Sir the above mentioned FD was done on 20/4/2013 for 24 months. No interest have been paid for the FY 2014-15. and after that maturity was due on 19/4/2015 but no intimation till today. Inspite of lot of phone calls emails speed post no response is given by the company. Please help us as we are small investors and purely surviving on interest income.

Plethico fd non receipt of principal plus interest last 3 years as per following details.

I am holding FD of Rs 1.20L which got matured during April 2014 which remain unpaid for more than 21/2 years.I have been continuously interacting through phone and asking them to repay with interest But no action has been taken so far.They simply attribute to funds problem.Being an MNC, they should have arranged funds form some other means to resolve this crisis.
