I have invested in Plethico Pharmaceuticals Limited Company’s fixed deposit during September 2011 vide above referred deposit receipt. This deposit was matured on 15.9.2014 and I have requested for redemption. The original FDR has been sent to the company for refund on maturity.
The Company in their letter dated 21.1.2014 have indicated that due to financial crisis, they will arrange refund only after two years from the maturity date.
It may be noted that two years have already been completed since my deposit matured. But I am yet to receive my deposit amount with up-to-date interest thereon.
I have financial constraints and in need of this fund urgently.
I request you to kindly arrange for the refund of my deposit with up-to-date interest at the earliest.

I have sent mine and my wife fd (1 lakh each) receipt numbers 15469 &15470 on 21/12/13 through proff courier vide
Doc no:blr[protected] which matured on 18/1/14.
We both are senior citizens and we depend on the returns from the fd's. So we request you to return the maturity amount
With interest immediately. We run into some health problem. This money will be of more useful to take care of our health. So kindly
Consider on priority basis and refund the amount

FDR no. 1242 for Rs 50000 started on 21/04/2011 and matured on 20/04/2014 in the name of Mrs Santosh Talwar a senior citizen of 66 years, not yet paid. It is causing lot of hardship.Hard earned money from retirement benefits was invested. I have fixed deposits in plethico pharma my deposits are matured in the year 21st august 2014 my fd nos are 11236 and 11237 the deposits are matured in 21st august 2014 but so far i have not received single paise from that company please give me help to recover my deposit amount from that company i am retired person this is my retirement amount.

I have invested my money in the above mention company fixed deposit scheme for a period of 3 years.but i have not receive the maturity amount from the company and the andheri midc office is closed i have deposit the original certificate in that office.i have made 2/3 phone to Bhandup office but no reply.i have call my finical investor but he is also not replying to me. so now what to do to get my maturity amount as early as possible.

Refund due on 27/06/2015 not paid/received till now. Supposed to have refunded before 30/03/2016.interest of ₹18, 000/- is also due. complaint letters by post are returned undelivered Don't know what to do..disappointed...feel hurt badly...need to meet medical expenses...looking forward for help and guidance..original FD sent by Regd post on 20/06/15. I and one of my family members have give n deposit of rs 2.00 lac to the company. The company has defaulted on payment to a large number of depositors and did not comply the mandatory provisions of section 74 (1) (B) of the companies act 2013 under which all deposits taken by the company before 01.04.2014 had to have been refunded to depositors latest by 31.03.2015. The company also did not approach clb/nclt for extension of time u/s 74 (2) of the act. I and some other depositors have planned to file our petition before the national company law tribunal at ahmedabad (Present jurisdiction) u/s 73 (4) of the act. We want other depositors to join at least 100 numbers. This will strengthen our efforts and shall be less expensive. But till date i have not received my payment back & also they didn, t paid the interest from last 3 years, No respone coming from them

I had placed a fixed deposit of rs 5, 00, 000 for 3 years with plethico pharmaceauticals limited, having office at c13, pannalal silk mills compound, lbs marg, bhandup (west), mumbai 400078,. company has issued fd receipt no. 4841 which has matured on 22.5.2014. i have sent the fd receipt duly discharged requesting repayment.

Despite several phone calls and letters the company has not repaid my fd.

I am a retired person 70 year old and i am in desperate need of money for my medical expense and other commitments.

I request once again that my fd may please be repaid.

I am a hapless lady w/o of a retired fauji, invested two fds in plethico pharmaceuticals ltd as under
(A) rs 1, 00, 000/- dt of investment - 22/4/2011, @ 12% qtrly interest payment for 03 yrs, got matured on 21/4/2015. Forwarded the original fd certificate no - 1394 duly signed through m/s bajaj capital adviser for this investment.
(B) rs 1, 00, 000- doi - 09/02/2012 @ 12% qtrly int payment for 03 yrs, matured...

With reference to the above mentioned FD No, I have already sent the original receipt through speed post on 07/11/2015 for repayment and also a reminder letter on 02/01/2016.Since I have not yet received the repayment.I am in need of money for my education, So, I request you to refund the maturity amount immediately.

I have fd of, ₹*25000 fdr no16628 on non cumulative basis on date 5/3/12 for 3 year period,, interest rate 12% on the name of kruti vinod bhai sojitra, minor. As per fd term i had recipiet of interest on quarterly basis up to31/3/2014. There after not received any interest till today is up to june 2016.
As fd is fine matured on 4/3/2015 for getting principal amount i have already submitted duly discharged fd receipt in original in april 2016 though bajaj capital.
I am eagerly waiting for due interest (Almost amounting ₹3800) n principal amount 25000₹ thus my hard earned money about 28800 are blocked. Kindly do needful at earliest or otherwise i have to approach authorities.

We suresh chandra agrawal and kamlesh agrawal have invested in above fdr. We both are sr. Citizen. As per your letter all the fdr of sr. Citizen will be returned by march 2016. But so far we have not received the cheques of redemption amount.

I have fd in your company as mention as above number, and has maturited on 23/06/2014, but till this date i have not received the maturity amount and interest for the late payment of my above mention fd. I have already sumitted the original fd receipt to your office at andheri east mumai. So i request you to please look into the matter and arrange to send me the maturity amount as early as possible, also i have personal visited to uour office at andheri east and also at bhandup in mumbai but both the office are closed. With reference to the above subject my father has invested fixed deposit an amount of rs.27000/-& rs 25000 in plethico pharmaceuticals ltd indore from the period february[protected], on maturity he handed over my original fixed deposit receipts to the company. He has not received any acknowledgement or not received my maturity amounts. The company is not responding or write to me about maturity of his amount. The brokers for this company is bajaj capital ltd. I tried many times to the company and the brokers are not given any reply.

We have deposited some amount with plethico pharma ltd.In 2012. It has been due in 2015. Reminded so many times by phone and also thr. Emails but not receiving any response nor any payment. Pl. Take strict action as these type of cos are playing with capital of small people who have earned it with hard work. When peoplebhas faith on such companies, they deposit their money and such cos. Get benifit of people`s generocity.

I have made afixed deposit for Rs 50, 000with Plithico pharma 0n 19/10/2012 for three yearsat 12% interest. Quarterly interest was paid upto march 2014. The fixed deposit had matured on 21/09/2015, the original certificate was sent to the company for repayment of principal amount is Rs 50, 000+ arrear interest through Bajaj capital .MY RECEIPT NO.23650.Till date no response on repeated request.

An immediate resolution is expected from the company with a confirmed date of payment of this long overdue amount.
