We have invested the amount of rs. 25000/- inr (Such two fd on two person of family total rs.50000/-) fixed deposit into plethico pharmaceuticals.
On maturity we have sent you back the original fd documents to you for processing of refund on 17 november 2014.
But we have not received the principle amount back, not any interest till today.
Fd no. Are 13979 & 13980.

We haven't received the cheque for the matured amount (Principal and interest on the amount for period after april 2014).

I have contacted the customer service numerous times and haven't found any progress or solution to this problem. Every time we get a false assurance that the amount will be paid in 2 months or so.

We are senior citizens and it is getting difficult for our subsistence with our invested amounts locked by plethico.

I am unable to take money from my fixed deposit that got matured 25th of jul 2014. Fd no 14418/9370. Name v hariharan. I haven't received any cheque till date for the matured amount.

I have contacted the customer service numerous times and haven't found any progress or solution to this problem. Checking from social media, friends and family i can see there are numerous number of people impacted by this company's fixed deposit scheme.

Please provide a solution this problem, as iam in a desperate need of the money that was deposited with this company.

FD No 25707 dtd 20/4/2013 fvg Anand Mohan Grover matured on 19/4/2015. Interest from 1-4-2014 to date of maturity and till today. Please help us as we are retired person purely surviving on interest income.

I refer to my deposit with Plethico Pharmaceuticals Rs.150000/ which matured in November
2015.I am a senior citizen and my financial position is very bad.I need money urgently
for medical expenses.I want the government to intervene to help poor, depositors like us

I am badly in need of funds for medical expenses and despite my repeated requests I
have not received the amount which I need urgently.I am in a real desperate situation and
want the government of India to come to our rescue in our times of need

I, Smt. Pallikala Rajeswari Bai, am an Old, Sick, ailing Senior Citizen Woman of 93 years of age. I have invested my entire life time savings as Fixed Deposit FDR No 22701 dtd.[protected] for Rs.30 Lakhs with M/S. Plethico Pharmaceutials Ltd., The income of Rs. Rs.93, 750/- paid Quarterly from the FD is the only source of income for my entire Medical expenditure in my old age. The Fd matured on[protected]. The Principal Amount of FD was not yet refunded by M/S. Plethico Pharmaceutials Ltd., The company is not paying the quarterly interest ever since 31/03/2014 on wards. The interest itself accumulated to Rs.5, 62, 500/-. I am in very bad need of my money back from the Company, M/S. Plethico Pharmaceutials Ltd., for my immediate medical expenditure in my old age. This complaint is to ensure that M/S. Plethico Pharmaceutials Ltd., to pay my dues immediately.

FDR number 22730 due on 31st July 2013 and FDR no.22629 due on 6th August 2013, each for Rs.25000 not repaid. The agreed extended period as per court of 2 years was over in 2015. Both the principal and interest are due.

I had invested Rs. 35000.00 on Dated 04/08/2012 in Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Fixed Deposit Receipt No - 22428 through Bajaj Capital Ltd., Dawarka, New Delhi - 110075 Branch for Fixed Deposit, which is mature on dated 03/08/2013
and Maturity Amount is Rs. 39012.00
i am waiting for my mature amount but no one is taking responsibility in the matter even Bajaj Capital Ltd. or Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

I have deposited a sum of Rs 75000 in the fix deposit scheme of Plethico pharmaceutical Ltd. on 16/07/2011. Through Linkintime. The maturity date was on 16/01/2014. but they are not returning my money back with interest.
I have filed c case against company in consumer court. I got a decision from court in favour of me. What should i do further to get my money.

Following mails sent remains unanswered. Personally went to their Mumbai Office, but there is no answer. Now the Mumbai phone is not working

I have invested in your esteemed organisation looking at a stable income, as this is the only source of income for me. I am 87 years old and trying to get back my maturity amount, but even after 18 months I haven't got any interest as well as my principal amount. Have called several times to Mr joshi ( VP Finance), but in vain. He never attended the call. The call on landline, both at Indore and Mumbai didn't gave me any concrete answer of when I am going to get my hard earned money back.

I am in dire need of money due to old age. I request you to please, please send me the redemption amount with interest. I was expecing that you will give me it prior to Diwali and I was very much hopeful, but couldn't get that pleasant surprise from you.

Once again I request you for refund.

I am sure that you will send me the refund with interest in this month itself.

FDR 7639, maturity date 28th June 2014.

I have deposited Rs.50, 000/- fixed deposit on 07.08.2012 for a period of one year vide FDR No. 22480. I submitted original FD for repayment but they did not pay the amount since the maturity date. I have been struggling to get the money back for the past three years - R PRATHABAN

Plethico Fixed deposit team, This is with reference to Fixed Deposit No 1412 placed with Plethico Pharmaceuticals Limited, which matured on 25 Apl 2014 for INR 5, 00, 000/-( INR Five lakh)The Original FDR was handed over to PLETHICO in order for the same to be closed and the proceeds to be given to me at the earliest. Please note that the company is yet to refund my entire deposit and the overdue interest from 1st Apl 2014 till date despite repeated followup in this regard. looking forward to soonest settlement. Our Fixed deposits with Plethico Pharmaceuticals F.D No 7428 for Rs 100, 000, cumulative value Rs.142, 576, matured on 26.06.2014, Not received neither interest or capital and F.D.No 11671 for Rs. 200, 000 matured on 09.09.2014, F.D No 14454 for Rs 200, 000 matured on 04.12.2014 ( interest received upto June 2014 )-- Not received the interest or capital

I am 64 Years old Senior Citizen and having 4 Deposits of 2 lacs each deposited during 2012, since 2014 onwards they are not paying interest and those deposits are matured during this April and August and I requested them for repayment, still today they have not responded any thing. Complete my retired amount I deposited in this company and have no way to survive my life. The companies contact numbers regarding to this fixed deposits also always switched off. Kindly help in this regard.

My mother, Late Smt.Chandrabai N. Sidhwani invested Rs.25, 000/- in Plethico Pharmaceuticals Fixed Deposit. The FD No. being 4677 got matured on 22nd May 2014, maturity amount being Rs.36, 167/-. My mother expired making me nominee. I have submitted all documents, including original FD & death certificate of my mother, since she had made me nominee for the FD amount. But so far Company has not refunded the money. KINDLY INTERVENE, to ensure that money due to me is received without further delay. Mrs.Monica V.
