I am a Senior Citizen and company has not paid maturity amount against my FD receipt no.23726 for Rs. 25, 000/- which has matured on 30.09.2013 and 27334 & 27335 for Rs. 35, 000/- each which have matured on 15.07.2014. Company is also not responding to mails sent on their dedicated mail id for Fixed Deposit

I am a senior citizen 67 years old. I had placed fd of rs. 3, 00, 000 with plethico pharmaceuticals ltd. On 14 / 05 / 2013 vide fd receipt no. 26030 for 12 months which got matured on 13. 05. 2014. Despite several reminders company has not yet paid my fd maturity amount. Neither i have received any satisfactory reply to my various telephone calls. I do not have any pension and i am dependent on interest income for my living expenses and medicines. My doctor has advised me knee operation. I request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and arrange the money for the knee operation and the other expenses. I am not asking for a loan but for my hard earned money. Please help me.
