Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Non-payment of long pending fd principal & interest amounts

With reference to the above subject my father has invested fixed deposit an amount of rs.27000/-& rs 25000 in plethico pharmaceuticals ltd indore from the period february[protected], on maturity he handed over my original fixed deposit receipts to the company. He has not received any acknowledgement or not received my maturity amounts. The company is not responding or write to me about maturity of his amount. The brokers for this company is bajaj capital ltd. I tried many times to the company and the brokers are not given any reply.

I had invested rs.1 lakh from 10.5.11 to 9.5.14 in plethico pharmaceuticals limited indore. And in the month of may 2014 have sent the original fixed deposit receipt to the company. The company has neither acknowledged nor refunded the maturity amount. This investment was done through bajaj capital, new delhi. The company is not responding. When shall i get my hard earned money back.
