[Resolved]  Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Non payment of principal amount upon maturity

I had a FD with Plethico which got matured in April 2014. The FDR no. is 1418. The same was surrendered earlier also as pre mature withdrawl but sent back to me that the same shall be refunded upon maturity. I got surrendered it through M/s Bajaj Capital well in advance and despite several follow ups, I am not getting my hard earned money back. On medical ground as my mother-in-law is suffering from cancer, we badly need this money back. The response at Plethico and Bajaj Capital's end is very pathetic. I don't know where to go. I am writing this complaint with great hope. If not possible to get the resolution, kindly guide for the legal recourse and the other methods like fraud with economic wing etc. Regards, Shipra Goyal [protected]
