Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Non Receipt of redemption Amount and Interest on FD 23383 : Col Sharma

My FD for Rs 10 lakhs matured more than one year back. Despite numerous reminders ( from Bajaj Capital as well as personally) company is yet to return my redemption amount as also interst on above amount. All kinds of excuses being given. Company has received amount to clear dues after selling assets at California since dec 14 to February 15. Yet it has failed to clear dues despite court directions. Reasons for delay and prompt clearance my dues demanded. Send information on above and take action earliest. Col. Sharma
