I ordered few products from plumgoodness.in website on 20 June 2023. I received the order confirmation mail too.
On 21 June 2023 I received another email stating that my order has been cancelled at my request.
I did not request for any cancellation at all. How is this fair for them to cancel the order themselves and then say that I requested for cancellation?
