Plum Goodness — Delayed and cancelled order, poor customer service

On January 10th, I placed an order (Order #2957293) with an expected delivery date of January 15th. However, the order was not delivered, and I received a message on January 22nd stating that the delivery had been returned due to unsuccessful contact attempts.

Despite multiple contacts with Plum's customer service through their website, email, and phone, I received false assurances and no proactive updates on my order. The customer service team failed to provide me with a valid reason for the delay or cancellation of my order.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received from Plum, which has caused me significant inconvenience and mental distress.

I request that Plum takes immediate action to address this issue and provide a compensation for the time and inconvenience caused
