Plum Goodness — URGENT: Refund Still Not Processed Order ID #3342822

I cancelled my prepaid order (Order ID: 3342822) on 6th July 2025 through the app. It has now been more than 5 working days, and the refund of ₹1015 (paid via UPI) has still not been processed. The order status still shows “Cancelled” but no update on refund.

I have already contacted WhatsApp support, but received no response. Kindly escalate this matter and process my refund immediately.
