Cancelled my order stating that I requested for cancellation

I ordered few products from plumgoodness.in website on 20 June 2023. I received the order confirmation mail too.

On 21 June 2023 I received another email stating that my order has been cancelled at my request.

I did not request for any cancellation at all. How is this fair for them to cancel the order themselves and then say that I requested for cancellation?...

    I ordered 6 products from plum goodness and didnt recieved yet
    Its beenn 6 days. I already paid my amount. All tracking id are showing its delivered but i didnt recieve it yet

      This is in reference to Order No.- 560119, Registered Ph. No.- [protected],
      I " Madhu budhwani" placed an order dated- 04/07/2021 under The Big 7th Birthday Sale Scheme which is applicable for 2 complementary products ( Plum Cherry Body Scrub and Plum Avocado Hair Mask) if purchased more than Rs. 1, 999/-

      I've paid 2, 182.15/- through paytm, Transaction ID- [protected] and Order ID- [protected]-[protected] dated 04/07/2021.

      But I Haven't received any of the complementary products as mentioned in sale.
      And same has not been stated in my invoice.

      This depicts misleading practice by the company to gain more sales but not providing the stated products as promised. I also reached on the contact no. available in plum goodness website but didn't answered by anyone. I didn't expected this from such a reputed company. I would have rather purchase the products from other brand who is much more reliable than you and believe in Transparency.

        I placed order on 6daysback.but still they didn't shipped my order out.here is the proof.
        Once placed order which means it's mine.they cannot cancel my order at all.tbay have no rights..I need my order at all please help me here is the proof
