Totally fraud agency just to lure people they give quotes for best hotels and after taking money simply say hotels are not available.
One recent incident happens to me when they gave me offer for hotel name HEEVAN in Pahalgam and I instantly booked their package and transferred the advance amount considering they are giving me best property in Pahalgam.
But after taking money they told me hotel is not available and booked me in other hotel but due to their pathetic and unprofessional behaviour I cancelled my tour from them midway and booked hotel by myself and guess what HEEVAN resort in Pahalgam had vacant rooms and I stayed there by walk in check-IN which they refused to give week before claiming rooms are not available.
