Pluto Tours in Shimla took an advance of 40000 to book our trip to Kashmir but did not book anything until 2 days before a trip starting date. On enquiry they kept on saying we will book but didn’t. When we asked them to refund our money, they didn’t. Their owner Pankaj Samyal is a fraud and didn’t talk. Their employee Manju and Nitin spoke rudely.
