same here. They did fraud with us as well. Shall we collate together and do court case against them?

As said above, we too faced the same problem with “Pluto tours”. They are a big cheater group. Right from the executive, operation team, cab drivers they all are big fraud. I booked a package for suite room nd paid adv one week prior to our trip. But after reaching manali we came to know that no rooms were booked for us. We reached by 3.30am Nd It was freezing cold outside we had 5yrs kid along with us and the hotel manager didn’t allow us inside. No body from Pluto tour picked our calls. Only aft we told the manager that we will pay for our stay he left us inside. And gave a low category room but charged suit room cost. We paid 10k advance but they didn’t book any room for us. The cab driver was cont in call for the entire 5 days trip. We told him many times not to use mob while driving but he didn’t listen to us. We booked the package to have some break from our regular jobs but it increased our stress. Only few places were convered in the itenary, the driver told he was asked to take only to 2 places. At the end of the trip aft our lunch he refused to start the car as the Pluto tour didn’t pay him for the trip. Again they didn’t attend our call to explain them our situation. We continuously called them and they picked aft 5 to 6 calls and then they paid to the driver.

Stay away from these guys. This pluto tours guys are 3rd rated cheaters and their driver Mr.Sumit singh would surprise you with his behaviour, he acts like he supports you but just look for chance to cheat you. I paid the money as advance when i went to hotel no booking was made and hotel guy said that he dont know anyone named PLUTO TOURS. The voucher shared by pluto tours to me had Mr.ABCD instead of my name. Every time when you ask for hotel voucher for confirmation they sent me a word document by editing the hotel name to different name but my name remained for ever Mr.ABCD. Every day i had to talk with different person because the guy you talked with before would not answer your call, then you have to google and find another name and number from pluto tours. and next day you need to find one more number... in my tour period i talked with 6 different people from pluto tours
Sachin, suraj, samyal, suman etc.. etc.. There is no difference between these guys.. All they want is your money. once you transfer them that is it.. they will never pick your calls and even if they pick your call, you get a constant reply "Hello sir.. I will call you back in 5 mins". Then they never call back. I usually travel atleast twice a year.. but never have seen a travel agency this worst. Repeating again. they are 3rd rate cheaters.. They dont know what they are doing thinking as if they are working for some logistics company. Yes they treat you as an object/goods. Stay away for your own good. Enjoy your holidays dont ruin it because of this ###.

Pluto tours is one of the most WORST agency we experienced. They are fraud, cheaters, irresponsible. They have no respect n care for customers. Rude behaving staff. Take large amount of money n provide very worst service. Book most isolated and dirty OYO cheaper rooms and they call them resort. Even we face lots of problems of facility. Won't pay for hotel etc. No one should book with this it's third class agency.

Pls don't purchase package from plutoo tours.

Also we are going to police station for they rude behavior... Then we apologized us and provide not better but regular service...

This is one of the worst tour operators i have ever come across. They are unprofessional to the core and liars/cheaters of first grade.
They put you in accommodation that are isolated and are of low standard (Treebo, oyo category). These are small 10-20 room type hotels, with no proper kitchen or reception. Also, since they are isolated, you can’t even find a decent restaurant nearby.
We were made to wait (Rather grilled) for two
hour at one place as this tour operator did not make their payment. They also change hotels at last moment. When you reach hotel, there is no intimation to them about your arrival. We even missed our train on return as the driver miscalculated the time, even after cautioning him.
They talk sweetly and mesmerize you, but do not provide what they promise.
They favorite tag line is ‘aap tension na lo ji’, but they give you all kinds of tension for entire tour.

I have booked honeymoon package from Pluto tours and paid the booking amount through Gpay. But due to Covid 19 my marriage was postpone earlier so I informed them well prior so that there will be change in dates so booking will be done accordingly. However lockdown was continue for more than 3 months and meanwhile my marriage get cancelled. Now when I am trying to call them both the numbers of their employees are switched off. I have emailee them but no response. I need my booking amount back.

Comparing to other tours and travellers Pluto tours is an awesome ###, chuthya tours. People are beggers. 1st they will beg for a money to book the ### packages and then will ### CUSTOMERs like anything by cheating. This ###ers are LEADING their life from our money by cheating us. Damn sure i will go legally with all the call recordings and documents. Let me spend another 10k to file a case against this chuthya tours.

Worst experience I have even come across. 1st they will beg for money to book any package, and they will call you 100 times. They will commit whatever you want in their package. But later they will say this hotel is so expensive we can not provide this property in this budget. If you want some good option then you have to pay some extra amount. They all are liers, everyone chases you until you pay the amount.

Very unprofessional people, rude in behaviour, liars. They change your hotel last time. They ask for money again and again and facility which they will provide you will be cheap like hotels and bus facility. They will promise to they will provide you 4 and 5 star property and last moment they will give 2 star hotel after arguing with them.

Same worst Experience for us also. i have booked shimla manali package for week bur they took from me advance and remaining amount on arrival then the never call me nor whatsapp me. They change my hotel as per there convenience. I have asked for and arrangements for my wife's birthday but they didn't even respond to me while booking they said they will do all liear and cheater they only concern about there money that it. Hotel they are given they are pathetic. Highly not recommend to book through pluto travels

Worst experience for us..They are fraud, cheaters, irresponsible. They have no respect n care for customers. When i booked, they sent me a package that included my stay in a resort having beautiful and spacious rooms..there is no candle light dinner..they all are cheap..they all want money that's it.they don't care whether you are with family or what they ll keep calling you n threatening you until you pay the money.. I have paid all money still when i check out they said to pay money. I have to paid extra money..bcz of cheap food n water my wife was not feeling well..i request them to provide good service n give me proper room...but they refuse to give me room and they continuesly change hotels..i have very bad experience..pls do not go with Pluto travels.
