Pluto Tours Shimla — They practice to loot ppl

I have booked the package from them but after randomly checking the rating i felt unsafe and called they next day morning to cancel the booking and return my 5k advance.
But as they have the return policy where they cut 5% as cancelation policy. I request them to keep the return policy amount and return it.
But they say u to u can come in 3 years at any time. Who remembers all in my view the company has to listed in red. They are many complaints on them but wht do no govt is caring.
