PNB — Did not get refund for failed transaction

I wanted to order medicines from netmeds and I choose to pay through amazon but I don't have enough balance in amazon pay so debit card option with amazon pay shown there.When I paid on 25/11/2020 midnight/early morning, amazon showed failed transaction.But Rs 2620.87 deducted from my PNB account as message sent by PNB. I registered a complaint with complaint no. I[protected] regarding through my father mobile and customer care of pnb assured me I will get my deducted Rs2620.87 back but after 6 months I did not got it back.When I contact ed amazon they said money Rs 2620.87 did not reach them.Also which money reached them through other transactions Amazon refunded back through RRN no.But I did not get Rs2620.87 back.Please do something.
