I am Kailash Shanbuag has Housing loan from PNB housing finance Ltd, Navi Mumbai for the property at Pallava, lodha. Loan was pre-sanctioned for Rs 26 lacs (appro.) and 2 instlaments has been paid by the bank. For 3rd instalment I have send demand letter from Lodha along with previous payment receipts to the Bank. I have send atleast 12 mails and talk to the relation manger for the status but nobody bothered to reply nor payment has been made to the builder. I have send my complaint to PNG COMPLAINT CELL but reply from theier side as well. My mobile No [protected]. Need help.
