[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Preclosure document and List of document delaying from 2months

This is with reference to my existing Home loan with PNBHFL with account no. HOU/HYDK/0219/644823.

On 2nd December 22 I have raised request for pre closure letter and List of documents through kukatpally Branch(Hyderabad) with service request 20467278.
I was informed that it take 21 working days. Now it is 10th February 2023 but I have not received my requested documents.
I am making consistent follow up with customer care but looks like they are purposely making delay.
They are saying waiting for approval, update me shortly: till now no time lines share with me.

Why so much time is required to provide two documents. It is totally harassment from PNBHFL. I also marked the copy of communication to Nodal officer but nothing happened so far.

I wrote mail to Nodal officer today also and marked copy of mail to "executive.[protected]@pnbhousingfinance.com".

I request your help in this regard to get my documents as early as possible.
