[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Foreclosure Letter Not Yet Issued

This is about my foreclosure request with PNB Housing Finance submitted on 29th April 2023. As per the process, I submitted a written request by visiting home branch in my case it is Nagole-Hyderabad-TS. Along with written request, I also paid foreclosure fees of Rs885/- each towards home loan and non-housing loan request. Both the amounts have been deducted on 3rd May 2023. Customer executive provided two request numbers 21646715 & 21646794 for the loan account numbers HOU/UPL/[protected] & NHL/UPL/[protected]. I was supposed to get foreclosure letter after 21 working days but till date I haven't received the letter yet. Almost every alternate day I followed up with Customer Care team[protected] and I keep hearing the same message saying approval is not yet received from central team. Till date it is not clear who the central team is and what is stopping them to generate approval or foreclosure letter. I even tried calling up home branch - PNB Housing Finance Nagole branch[protected], it seems even they don't have any control on this. This is by far one of the worst & pathetic experience when comes to loan closure and with PNB Housing Finance. By the way, I even copied Girish Kousgi who happens to be MD and CEO of PNB Housing Finance and Nodel Officer but there is no satisfactory response.
Before submitting this complaint I read all the reviews here and I feel they are purposely delaying it so that they can extract maximum interest amount from customers. I am also checking what legal action as a consumer one can do in such cases.
