[Resolved] PNB Housing Finance Limited — Loans | |||||
Had applied for a loan from their Barakhamba Branch but they declined. Since then have been following up for refund but to no avail. After much followup, have decided to use this forum. My application number is[protected]. Their sales person earlier said that if the loan application gets rejected, the refund will come in the account. However, it has not been the case. I hope this forum will help me contact them and resolve the complaint at the earliest. They are not doing good and they should be more adherent to customers, especially on their grievances. I stay in Noida but had approached them thinking being related to PNB, they would be truthful. But it is a disappointment altogether. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 7, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Dear Team, PNB Housing Finance has helped me with my concern and offered to reappraise my loan application with reduced loan amount.
