The above said loan has been disbursed not fully and the customer is being harrassed due to deficiency in services at the jalandhar branch.the sanctioned amount does not match with disbursed amount and no clarification is being provided. there is confusion about the rate og interest being charged. the so called relationship managers do not reply to the calls. there is complete chaos in your jalandhar branch. please mend your working or transfer my loan as per my request.
