[Resolved]  PNB Housing Finance — Prepayment penalty in the garb of Loan Origination cost

The ac number is 2248 in Ghaziabad branch and i had applied for a foreclosure letter, to my surprise, i see an item appearing as loan origination cost of about Rs. 30, 000 (this is a 10 months old loan)...how can u charge prepayment penalty when RBI prohibits you? also why would a customer bear for anything which was between you and your channel partne? if at all, you have a right to recover it from channel partner and not from customer...
