I have availed a housing loan from PNB Housing (loan account number[protected]. Recently I have received a letter mentioning there is an outstanding amount to be paid. In the letter, it is also cautioned that non-payment will lead to adverse effect.
I would like to inform that all my EMIs are getting paid without any delay, very promptly through ECS and there is no lapse from my side. If there is any mistake from my side in paying my installments, I definitely accept and agree to pay whatever so. But in this case, without my fault, or even without any timely information, after a very long time they have sent a letter saying there is some outstanding payment to be made. Over and above, I think they have also added fines or interest for this amount, which is definitely not accepted.
I have sent couple of mails to concerned (as mentioned in the letter) and none has responded.
I also tried calling them and they had mentioned there is some amount due long time back and when I asked why it was not informed, there was no satisfactory answer from them. Over the call, they accepted the lapse from their side.
As there is no mistake from my side, whatsoever, I request you intervene and get weave off for the complete amount which is reflecting in their records. Was this information helpful? |
