I purchased the POCO X6 Neo 5G on 15th March 2025 from Rani Mobiles, Puducherry.
Within a few weeks, the phone started showing severe battery drain, even during light usage like music, calls, YouTube at 360p, and basic browsing. Despite being advertised with a 2-day battery life, the phone struggles to last even a single working day under normal conditions.

What’s Been Done:
Visited an authorized POCO service center.
First, they did a software update – no improvement.
Then, they replaced the battery under warranty on 30th June 2025.
The issue persisted again just 3 days after battery replacement.
When I revisited the service center, they tested the device briefly and claimed the battery drop was “normal” — without acknowledging the real-world battery performance problem.

Current Situation:
When I mailed poco about this,
POCO support continues to ask me to submit the phone and get a job sheet and send them.. As the phone is required for daily essential use, I’m unable to leave it with them.
When I asked them about getting an written complaint from the service center stating the battery drain or any other document that doesn't have the need to submit the phone entirely to them, they kept copy-pasting "please visit the service center along with the invoice, submit your device, and help us with the open job sheet number"
After a while it was obvious they weren't even reading the mails I was sending. These were the exact replies from them. They were ignoring/delaying the procces

I am requesting a refund without depreciation or a one-time exchange for a phone of my choice of same value(not another POCO model), as the defect was reported well within the warranty and remains unresolved despite service attempts.

This issue is not a matter of settings or app usage — the phone simply does not deliver the backup promised, and POCO has failed to provide a fair solution.
