My poco C3 mobile is not working .it's display is missbehaving.i purchase it in September 2021.when I visit service center they demand 3008 rupees.and said it is internally damaged.jabki Mera mobile na hi kahin gira na hi usape koi scretch hai.fir ab company warranty se kyun bhag rahi hai ye internally damage batakar.

Product not working
On[protected], my phone, poco x 3 pro suddenly stopped working.I tried on switch on it.But it didnt work.And then i tried to charge it for more than two hours.But it didnt worked either.then i showed my phone near local service centre..they couldnt find out the problem either.Please take action and replace it

Hi Team,
This is Vishal Mahore from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. I had a device of Poco X3 Pro, in November 2021 I had faced a issue with my device then I submitted to Service Center they replaced the Mother Board. Then in March 2022 I faced same issue with my device and it was dead completely. I visited at Gwalior MI Service Center on 24th of March 2022 they stated that they will exchange my device with Redmi Note 10 Pro but I am not happy with the specification with the device + the price of the device is low as comparable with Poco X3 Pro. I called the customer care and told them about the issue I have the complaint number # WOIN[protected] then they share the Goodies list that I can select any 1 I have selected Mi Band 4 Customer care team said you can ask to Service Center Team they will provide you a Goodies but when I told the exact to Service Center team they denied that they don’t have any such offer they need to ask upper level team and said kindly share me a mail that you want goodies, I done the same (check the attachment). After the email has been sent they said kindly wait once we received any update from our upper team we will call you. Now they are making me fool whenever I call them they always say we didn’t receive any update from the team. I am requesting you to kindly resolve my issue as I am eligible for goodies offer. Here is the Service Order Number # WXIN[protected]. You can check the attachment list I have shared all the proofs.
Kindly take strict action against them as they are wasting my time & making wrong commitment. I am 100% sure they haven’t share/sent any email to anyone regarding the approval.

After the latest update my POCO X2 camera is not working. I contacted the nearest Xiaomi service centre Kattappana and they told replacement with Poco F1. I bought poco X2 8gb 256 gb variant and now they are saying replacement with a low spec phone. it's purely product software issue.
Need immediate attention to this issue.

One year, 2 months later my phone was damaged. My camera does not work after the new miui 12.5.5 update. 5 days later my dual speaker was also damaged. When I went to the MI service center, they said i needed Rs 11, 000 to repair it as there was no warranty. When I told him that the problem was due to updates, he told me to go to MI site and complain. I do not know what to do with it. This is a problem caused by updates. So I'm not going to pay for it. What do i do next???..

I bought online poco M3 6gb 64gb phone 4months ago. Befor one week when I was calling, my phone has poweroff automatically. Local dealer did not help because of buying mobile online.

I bought poco X3 pro 6gb 126gb phone 7months ago. Befor one week when I was calling, my phone has poweroff automatically .Then it was not switch on.
The very next day i travelled so long and find a service center in Alappuzha and I submitted my phone for further checking.They told me that the board was completely dead and this phone will not work.They said that now a days many poco phones are getting board complaint.They said that wait for a while and they will odered for a new board.
But they are cheating as, when I call them they dont attend aye calls .2-3 days before they called me and said poco phone is now out of stock and a new offer is given bey mi that I get mi note 10 pro Max as replacement. But
I called them today and they even no my oder or offer that they told me yesterday.They said they dont know about the oder.
They are cheating as by a lot .I am a student and I have lots of exams and preparetions, without my phone I can't do anything.So kindly please accept my request and ask them to make fast my oder.If this happens a more I will file complaint against consumer court about this service center (Alappuzha).

I have sent my pocoM3 to bhandara service centre since 20 days but no response from your side. It had problem of motherboard. I have just bought it and it constantly got hang after 15 days. I humbly request you send me my phone early or change it with a new one. Service centre is miguiding me and customer care is not taking my complaint seriously....

Touch is unresponsive after update
I am a xiaomi poco x2 user since one year and my touch became unresponsive after update . The same issue is faced by many users after updating and the service centre is asking nearly 10000 inr for fixing it.
The issue comes exacty after one year when the warranty is out in most cases

Cameras stopped working
I have a Poco X2, i bought it almost a year ago.
Suddenly both the cameras stopped working and when i told that problem to the service centre they told me to change the motherboard which almost costs 10k. Then after some research when I came to know that poco has offered a free service for the users getting the camera problem, I went back to the service centre but they rejected my request. Also poco x2 is now also getting a problem in which phone freezes. please help me how to sought this problem.

I have submitted mu smartphone in their service center for the repair on 28 August 2021, still not received any update from the company and customer care is saying you will get an update by 17 September 2021.
It is almost 12 days mu smartphone is submitted to their service center and still not received a single message or update from company.

I have purchased poco x2 on 24th june 2020. and it worlls very well
till 27th june 2021. I was able to use main camera till 27th june
2021. but i tried to capture photo on mobile on 30 june 2021 and
facing issue. I never ever used camer after 27th june 2021.
So i thought its becouse of low storage so i took backup and reset it
to factory setting still facing same issue. So I google it and found
that most of the poco user face same issue and also Mr. Himanshu
Tandon claims that, they will fix it out for free.
So I request you please look into this matter and help me to get it resolved.

I purchased poco m2pro in October 2020. I was suffering many problems in phone such as charging connect disconnect automatic, heating, battery drain, slow charge. I went many time service center but they didn't solved my problem last 1month. Last week they said for replacement in 4-5 day & they took my phone with whole box & accessories but till now they didn't replaced. I'm not using my phone last 13 march but they said will not extend my warranty time. They are not answering my questions..
