My poco x2 camera complaint is because of software updation. They are not providing any free replacement of any product. Asking for amount payment for product.

Please do the needful ASAP.

My name is akhil, i am using poco x2 mobile since last two years, but after last update phone camera not working.When iam checking in whatsap camera, the front camera working.
When i am checking in youtube all users facing this issuie after last andriod update...When i am checking poco service centre they are agreed the same is a bug due to the update but they are not ready service my mobile, they told me they can change the complete board of mobile for 9000 rs .

But same is not affordable for me ..This is complete mistake from android updation

I bought my poco X3 phone last year 2021 and from last one month my front camera was not working and then suddenly speaker stop working as well after doing the latest update .i went to mi service centre they told that it's motherboard is not working properly and you have to change motherboard which cost 9500.sir or mam we buy mi phones because we think it last longer. And i don't think so middle class people afford phone every year. it's humble request that kindly look at our matter and make necessary changes you can do for us.

After updating my poco X2, the back camera of the phone stopped working. I visited the service center but at first they asked me for the service charge for checking the same. I payed them the service charge and after checking the unit, they told me that i have to change the motherboard on chargeable basis (Rs8500).
This is the scam of the Poco India company.
Most of Poco X2 users faced this problem means that this is companies preplanned policy.
Govt authority should investigate and take strict action against this.

I have been using poco X2 for past 2 years.. the rear camera was not working for the last 1 year. Now the touch is not working. This is not acceptable. The phone is worth 20, 000 and didn't even used for 3 years.

After the miui 13.0.4.0 update the device performance ha decreased by poco company this is shameful poco #pocofraud

Sir my phone camera is not working and after going to service center they are telling to change the mother board but the main issue is company has created the problem they must solve this problem but no they are not solving our issue

I have ordered a poco mobile (poco x4 pro 5g) . Now I need return .But the seller does not accepting my request . Its my wish, I can use my wish phone. They are pushing me to use this mobile which I dont like after buying. I bhought this on sep 14 2022, and gave return on sep 14 2022. My return request is not fulfilled.

I have been using POCO X3 for 20 months and many issues occured in between which was not so patethic.But on 22nd of august 2022 my phone goes dead while using and i have reached the mi authorised service centre regarding this and they told that due to the update done the cpu in the board goes damaging.After that also i have given it to repair and after that it works properly for one day and the same is repeated the very next day after repairing again. I have invested a lot of money on this bloody product. I want the compensation or replacement of perfectly working phone. I don't want to get frustrated about this hell thing

My device is poco x3, i was facing some big problems like my camera is not working my sim card slot and speaker not working after miui 12.8.5.0 update, when I go to poco service center they say me that you phones motherboard is not working, so pay ₹8000 and I will fix that, I request poco india to fix my device because it not my fault when every poco x3 user update to 12.8.5.0 update every user face this kind of problem

the install new software
next time now morng i take my phone not opening or not working now also

Hi, there My name is Mayank and it's been 14 months since I bought my poco X3 worth 18k. Now it's ringer set and call receiver isn't working properly. When I went to the MI service centre they said to change the motherboard which costs around 12k (poco X3 costs 18k). Such a bad inbuilt hardware in these phones are costing all the mi and poco users out there, all are facing different kinds of problems and service centres have only one solution i.e. to replace the motherboard worth more than half the phone costs. Kindly please wake up and look into this crisis. I'm feeling that I wasted all my hard earned 18k like that only.

My phone poco x2 camera is not working from past 2 months. The day I got this issues I shared my issue with poco india and I didn't get any response from their then I called poco customer care even he wasn't able to help me now and suggested me to go to nearby xiaomi service store. When i visited xiaomi service centre even they raised their hands that they can't help us.Even though the problem lies in the software it has nothing to do with me. Thousands of people have faced this problem and poco india is not helping us. I am very disappointed by poco customer services.

I ordered Poco M2 pro flipkart on 18/08/2022.receiving the product on 24/08/2022.But this not working properly.returu period over on 31/08/2022.this phone automatically continuosly rebooting.so please exchange this product help them

In this device camera application not opening. And the speaker doesn't working. The device have full of lag.

Sir i bought x3 pro 10 month ago nd it got dead they replaced it with x4 pro 5g nd after using it for 2 days i started crying cas x4 pro 5g is the worst phone i dont want it plz replace it with some other phone this phone hangs a lot i am not able to do any work I am unable to play games replace it plz give me x3 pro it's the best Or some other phone i dont want this phone

I purchased poco x3 on july 2021.now Front camera is not working due to a manufacturing defect. Whenever I access my front camera it will freeze.phones warrenty just expired. My please resolve it quickly..

Last year I bought POCO X2 (6Gb, 120Gb) phone. now it shows software issue from last 2 months. The camera is not working, both front and back. there is also an issue regarding the call. sometimes the call didn't connect or it get automatically disconnected. The torch, auto rotation and auto brightness is not working properly. the speaker is not properly working. voice breaking also an issue. I already called several service centers and they aren't providing service for POCO brand.

I had bought POCO M3 before one year and after one year in last two weeks my phone not recieving network i am unable to make calls and messages and internet . When I visits service centre they asks me to change my mobile mother board of Rs 8000 and the original cost of mobile of 11000 how can I pay such amount in one year only.

I request you to replace or repair or repay back the amount.
