I have placed an online prepaid order for rs 260 on pohunch.com. I have rec'd a confirmation email on Jan 20, 2023. After placing the order I havnt got any notification about the delivery date. I have been trying their customer care number, email, WhatsApp... But there is no response. The emails are getting bounced now. Please help

I ordered cow ghee packets of 5 and pay 2210 . After 1 week even order not delivered to me.after waiting for 1week i put the message in WhatsApp and e-mail but no response from the company. Even on phone calls also they not responding me .in app my order not found but i received order confirmation mail. I felt in dailama is it good company or fake website

Please return my money, I ordered hertiage mini dubar basmati rice on 18th January, 2023 .I paid through debit card, my payment got deducted of RS 492 for 10 kg but I did not receive any message from pohunch.. Com about delivery, so I got little worried as it maybe fake site as first time I made payment on pohunch as I never ordered anything from pohunch, I want to order cash on delivery but was not getting options, l like the offer on price that why ordered but I didn't knew you people are fake as I am calling to customer care continuously from yesterday but same recorded, our executive is busy, you will receive call soon but no call or msg has come to order also I registered my details before placing the order now it is showing invalid no.& Whatsapp no. Is coming blocked

I do not receive any confirmation about my product delivery as used to from online sites
I made wrong decision to shop from pohunch.com

I will give zero rating to pohunch .com as
I am not satisfied with site login system & everything

Please return my hardcore money, other wise I will sued pohunch .com

It is total fake website which trap people by showing lower price of products than other websites & first they trap you than they show there is no cash on delivery option available due to high demand & account also do not get registered & nor show order delivery status like other websites & lthere all contact details are fake

Please take serious action against them as they are fooling people & kindly give me refund of my hardcore money

I have ordered glimmer lip balm and lipstick and payment is prepaid through gpay and ordered item has not been delivered yet
In the website it shows the status of processing

I had ordered fiama multivariant gel bar from Pohunch.My order number KT[protected]. I had paid amount trough credit card link provide by them. Even after many days of order, I did not receive my items. While tried to approach Pohunch call centre, no response received. Neither I received response on whats app nor mail.
Pohunch is a fraud website and request you to please let me know how can I get my money back and how can I sue pohunch owners legally?

Money received by company.but things not received me . when will I get my ordered things

Order #KT[protected]] (placed on January 4, 2023) has not been received yet. No response on Whatsapp or phone number given in pohunch.com's official website. I tried writing an email to them ([protected]@pohunch.com as well as [protected]@pohunch.com) but I am not able to get through to them. I have a prepaid order but company should be quick to resolve if they are selling D2C. Bad experience.

My order id KT[protected] I placed the order 7th jan, but still i didn't receive it, all the contact numbers are fake from your end. no one picks up the call. this is the way you people live the world.

Ordered 10kg Matta vadi rice on 10th November haven't been delivered yet.

I have placed a pre-paid order worth 810/- opting fast delivery on 4th Jan 2023. Till now I didn't receive the order and all their contact details are unresponsive. I got invoice and I am attaching the same for your reference.

I paid INR 5030/- online at pohunch.com through my international credit card for placing the order of 10 units of 1 liter each Patanjali Ghee. But till now i received nothing at all. I feel cheated . Please help me either with delivery or refund the amount . We earn with hard work.

I have ordered a Everyday ghee and didn't get any update on delivery after payment.the payment mode was through payu which shows some person named Krishna who can be easily identified and punish fr duping so many PPL.i also want my refund

Kindly dispatch the order or return the money

Online order of oil was booked on Dec 29, 2022 of INR 895. But still there is no delivery. There has been no response on email and contact nos mentioned on website. The emails do not get delivered.
