    I had to travel, so ordered visting card.

    On receipt of product, I complained as to poor quality over the telephone and email as well, no complaint number was made available. I followed after a week over the telephone but they showed ignorance and that was for the first time a reply back was receve to the email, but it was just 24 hours before travel.

    Later after the travel asked for the refund, but they are totally quite and do not care about the customers.

      This is regarding my order no: My order no.[protected], which i placed on 9th July and its been over a month that this company took advance payment and after numerous complaints and communication with their customer care, i have not received the item that i ordered.

      Now they have stopped responding to my mails or take any calls nor they are refunding my amount

        I paid for the pen, the money got DEDUCTED and it shows error in the transaction. I tried to call no response. Email response also was not there.

          I have ordered a pen on Printvenue and the payment was successful however I didn't get any mail of payment and after some time it showed make the payment again. I don't understand what the hell is happening g and also I called them, the number not working, mailed them no reply in this case. I'm out of options kindly help me here

              Printvenue is company which cannot be trusted.Literally a cheating company.I had placed orders for 2 products on the 23Rd of Jan 2022 with an agreement to deliver the products within 5 working days. But the product was delivered after 10 days and that too only one product.The second product was cancelled by them as the due to non availability of product.And confirmed to refund the amount of cancelled product within 7 days.We are still following up for the refund even after 3 months.They hang up the calls moment the order no. Is given for checking the status of refund.Be vigilant dealing with them please 🙏

                I had ordered a calendar and also completed the payment for it. But the page was showing some errors. The money has been deducted from my account and I still have no clue what is the status of my order. I have been trying to know this through the customer care support. I have sent emails, been trying to call them so many times but every time either they disconnect the call or don't receive it at all.
                This kind of pathetic customer support is definitely gonna make customers dissatisfied. I feel so disappointed for considering this site to place my order.

                  I have received wrong items print venue.
                  I have ordered calender from them in july 2021

                  But they have sent some one else photos.

                  I have informed them also explained the issue.

                  I have sent the screenshots and video of the package also.

                  It is a calendar and no use if sending the product now. They didn't try sending the product to me in the eraly stage of the issue.

                  What stopping them from taking action I don't know.

                  customer care is worse. I understand that this covid time but when someone lifts the call. they say that it will be resolved in 7 days. its happening every time.

                  I have mailed them lot of times.

                    The order number[protected] and[protected] which I have booked on 8th Sep 2021. Still, now they are saying the status of delivery. If I call through customer care also not giving right status of delivery and without informing just disconnecting our call.

                    No response from their side and no correct updation. Not even answering correctly. Just Disconnecting our call.

                        I created one Order in May 21, 2021(Transaction ID[protected] and one order in May 28, 2021(Transaction ID[protected]. For Both the orders 289.56 INR was deducted through Phone UPI, but the order did not get processed properly it was stuck and later cancelled. I have been contacting Printvenue through email and calling their customer support @[protected] for a refund. There has been only one response that refund will be credited in 2 days. Between June 5 2021 and september 07 2021(today) i have followed up on call and created many tickets through email, but all in vain.

                          I have marked the above complaint as resolved thinking that they will send my parcel soon enough but its been 40 days and they haven't done anything yet.
                          I had contacted them few weeks ago and they said due to lockdown they are not able to send the parcel. But till when? I emailed them yesterday but haven't got any reply yet.

                            Placed an order for wooden nameplate, payment made by PHONEPE, receieved confirmation mail from their official payment gateway PAYU.IN mentioning transaction ID, which is order ID also...but no confirmation from printvenue..has sent several mails, also attaching the confirmation mail, still no reply from the company side.

                              ORDER NO :[protected]
                              I ordered a skin for mobile and paid an amount of rs249 which has been deducted from my account.
                              But their website is saying that the payment is not completed.
                              I have been trying a lot since this morning on their customer care number [protected] but it is not connecting.
                              They sent me an email yesterday in which they are saying that the order was successful with amount and date, Transaction ID:[protected] and Order Date:[protected]:22:32.
                              But 20mins later they sent another email that I did not complete the purchase and asking me to pay again.

                              Please help me in this regard. I have sent them multiple emails with screenshots but no help came to me yet.

                              I want to open this complaint again.
                              It's been more than a month now and still they haven't notified even since last time that when will they dispatch the parcel. I emailed them again but no reply yet.
                              Please do something.
                              Its same with me. they don't reply or bother.

                                On March 6th, 2021, I have placed an order with 2 items on the cart, "500 Internal Server Error" is displayed after the payment is successful.

                                Tried calling customer care but no use, No one picks the call or got any response for the tickets raised to customer care with #438762.

                                This is a total SCAM... They loot people's money, There are so many complaints registered with similar issues and delivery delays and no delivery at all.

                                      I have ordered for Photo Notebooks(2). The order was placed on[protected] vide order no:[protected].
                                      I tried calling customercare multiple times and also sent numerous mails.
                                      There is no response and the person who speaks on the telephone doesnot even have the rights to transfer the calls to his higher officers not does he have the numbers of his reporting officers.
                                      This is very strange..
