I had to travel, so ordered visting card.
On receipt of product, I complained as to poor quality over the telephone and email as well, no complaint number was made available. I followed after a week over the telephone but they showed ignorance and that was for the first time a reply back was receve to the email, but it was just 24 hours before travel.
Later after the travel asked for the refund, but they are totally quite and do not care about the customers.
