Groundnut oil false promise no delivery and payment taken fraud done via netbanking

I had ordered 15litte groundnut oil from the site and the amount got deducted from my account but the order is shown as cancelled and the refund is not processed also the contact details mentioned are fake

I have made a payment in Pohunch.com for the order which was successfully done through paytm but they are showing as the order failed & i can't even reach their customer care too!
They are just fooling the people with their fraudulent page!
Please kindly look into the matter asap.

All my emails and calls either bounce or "do not exist", respectively. It appears the company has given fraudulent contact details on their website.

I have ordered two time if 30 bottle of amul kool milk one time giving 540 and other timr 600 rupee as online payment but these fraud people have supplied nothing not they are picking call their complaint centre address also fraud
The government of India should come forward and permanently banned this web portal after taki g legal action and returning customer money

I have make order of some chocolates and biscuits
but there is no reply from company after receiving payment about order conformation not any reply of order status.

Today on[protected], vide order no 83965, I placed express delivery order for goods worth ₹ 2, 038/- and made its payment through Credit Card.
Even after around 5 hours, no update or goods are delivered.
So I tried their contact number and was surprised to find it fake.
I also tried to chat with them and that too is fake.

Either deliver the order or refund full amount

After that, there is no communication from Pohunch. I have sent several reminders by email and called their customer care number several times.
The emails are now bouncing back and the phone number is unavailable now.

I had ordered Soap bars and vim liquid from pohunch and paid ₹1625 for the same on 26th June but no order has been recieved till now. I am still waiting for the order and they are not picking up the call, a 1min 20sec call is there and no call back is recieved as per their statement. There is no whatsApp on the given whatsApp number.
I advise their customers to think 10 times before ordering from this site.
I got a mail only just after the order but no further communication has been recieved.

Abhi tak Mera product delivery nai hua

I have placed an order from Pohunch.com for Rs. 1562/- today on 1st July 2023 through UPI.
After the payment i was directed to their confirmation page stating my order has been received, but the order is still under 'Process' so i tried digging a bit and come to conclusions that i was scammed. Tried calling their customer care but a pre-recorded audio of computer generated voice kept playing. Their WhatsApp number doesn't exist. Ended up here on this consumer complaint portal and i know its Futile, but still i would like to lodge a complaint and an advise to all for not falling under trap of lower/cheap online products unless the site is a legit.

I ordered for four 200gm packets of Bikaji Crusty Nuts today, the 28th of June 2023 and paid Rs.172 in advance by GPay. However, I will have not received any confirmation from the company regarding my order. It seems that this company is a fraud. Is there any way to work recover my payment?

I buy groceries in pohunch.com amount also paid through my credit card amount ot Rs.2, 587/-, after that I check with my order ihad concluded that the site is fraud.
