They called on 15th Feb and commited that they will provide loan in 20 to 22 days maximum. Initial file charges of Rs. 3500 was paid by me and loan application was for Rs. 5 lakh. Also amount of Rs.20000 paid with commitment that itwillbe refunded with loan amount. Then they sent a list of documents including Solvency Certificate. Bank person refused that It is not possible to provide solvency to an individual. Then Mr. Vijay ([protected]) said that you can change your loan process from another investor and a new process change letter, new agreements, 3 cheques issued and new list of documents required by them. Also more 20000 to process loan I sent all documents required by them. After that it is 3 months more have been passed and today they sent a new list of documents because the disbursement date given by them was 20th august and they failed to disburse loan. So to hide there failure they took help of documents list.They knonw that every document is not possible for individuals and again they will potpond the date. They are too sharp minded becauae they have taken my sign on agreement that In future if they will ask for documents I failed to provide any document, it will be my fault. Not there.
There documents list has been changed 3 times till now and my 43500 Rs.is with them and apart from that around 5000 for agreements and other documents. They need agreements of Rs. 500 atleast.

They promised to resolve the problem but still problem not solved. They want to deduct money from the amount I have been paid to them. And the only reason they are providing me to cancle my loan file and deducting my moneg is that I posted a complaint here against them and consumercomplaints.in is a fake website who takes money from companies to remove complaints against them.

customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Rahulth Thanks Polaris Team, I got a call from Polaris Team and they described the complete process. As they are not providing loan by thereself but from financiers and financiers needs documents to verify as if the person who is getting loan is able to return back the money or not. I do understand there process but my advice to Polaris is that they should clear these things to customer on first call as when they said that loan will be provided in 20 days customer plans there activities according to that. Apart from that thanks for taking every file and every loan case seriously. Customer service of Polaris is superb as whenever I called them, they picked call and were available to answer my issues. I was afraid due to delay but every other service of them is superb.

Updated by Rahulth Don't trust Polaris. They never provide loan to anyone. They always look for excuses to delay your funds and try there best to hold your money as long as they can. People contact them because of Loan requirement and they will take money from you and will It will be hard to you to get your own money back.

Hi Team,

I have received the Call from Polaris says that we will refund the amount from Past 3 weeks and recently last two days back I called to the number which is Given by customer care to contact the legal services Polaris.

The person who discussed with me says that we will dispatch the Cheque in two days and they will share the docket number to track and after from Past two I am trying to contact the Number which I have it was Switch Off and no Email and no call and no call accepted by the Toll free number which they shared.

They have committed that after 15th August we will send the Refund Amount, but till now there is no response.

Could you please help me to resolve the issue from past 1 year I am begging to refund my Money.
