Dear sir/madam, I am rakesh kumar jha from bihar i have received on call from polaris service india pvt ltd dated on 16/03/2019 called by arti sharma his mobile no.[protected] & office address - www.polarisservicesindia.com Address-194, 1st floor moti tower, above bank of maharashtra, hiram magri sector-11, udaipur rajasthan - 313002 Tollfree:[protected] regarding loan offfer but he has collected from me in the name of file charges rs - 3000 /- dated on 18/03/2019 vide receipt no - p1903181245588514133436 after he has provided me one offer letter also after demanded rs - 12000/- dated on 18/03/2019 vide receipt no. P1903181029421268650609 thorough phonep on account details name - polaris services india pvt ltd Bank - icici bank A/c number[protected] Ifsc code - icic0006936 Udaipur, rajasthan pin code -313002 after he has provided to me one confirmation letter after all amout rs - 15000 suscussfull transfer he has provide agreement & confirmed to me your loan will be disburse by legal team with in 10 days but his agreement was very has like solvency, gurantee boind, official undertakind bound, to how it my concern, signature proof from bank, affidebit, 3 blank chq & one stamp of rs-100 balk with photo & sign only after long discusion his legal team has been agree for disbursal & collected from me, affidebit, one blank stamp of rs-100, 3 blank cancel chq & affidebit, after continualy follup he not agee for disbusal without solvancy, guarantee bound, official undertaking bound, to how it my concern but we have alredy discussed his legal team many time we can not provide after why he is dimanding or not disbursing my loan or not refunding my clollected amount rs - 15000 we have alredy spoked his team if you can not disbursed my loan on provided docs than cancel & refund my deposit amount. Docs is attached for your referance & amount transfer details mention on top. Request you to please help for disbursal on provided docs or cancel to refund amount rs-15000 /- from polaris service india pvt ltd.
