Police Clearance Certificate — Pin code number doesn't appear pin code list

My aunt need to donate her kidney to her brother for which she needs character certificate, which is only possible through pcs. Mahaonline.gov.in.
I have register there and have following problems.

1. If i type in english it doesn't automatically translates in to marathi and also i can not enter manually.

2. My pin code number 421202 isn't in the list of dombivali-kalyan municipal corporation

3. I contacted few contacts from csc list, either the phone was not reachable or it does not existed or wrong number
