I raised concern to add baby in my health insurance bought by policy bazaar. After submission of proposal form they directly asked money to pay without any quotation/cost break up. I follow up for 2 weeks but didn’t received any response. In frustration I agree to do payment they immediately sent a payment link to my mail account. And for that I call 10 times in a row before they don’t care about my issue. After payment they again asking money on the name of insurer. If there is any shortfall then they should clear it before. By the way it is auto generated payment like as per their system calculation on the basis of input, then how it would be a shortfall?
They are making fraud to their customers. Every time I called my RM got changed. I have to explain all case to everyone single person who picked that call. I got frustrated from policy bazaar. Was this information helpful? |
