Policy Bazaar — Cancel and refund

I sent email to policy Bazaar customer care to cancel the insurance policy of my car with Policy Number AU[protected] Reference ID:[protected] on dec 05 2022 because I sold the car for my personal reasons and requested for refund for the remaining period. Till now no update about. without refunding the remaining PB representative closing my complaint's and saying its resolved while they are keeping my money.

we are trusting and paying to the PB for the service. customers Should not be cheated when we are approaching PB after purchasing for refund.
