Policy Bazaar executives have been calling me everyday since the last couple of months. They call twice, even thrice a day, without fail. They allege that I visited the company’s website and looked for different types of insurances, but I have NEVER visited the website, and neither am I interested in taking insurance from them.
Whenever I have picked up their call, someone from the company alleges that I was looking for insurance at their website, they have specific data about it. When I deny, they go into their usual excuse that I must have forgotten or someone else from my family must have used my number to do so. I know my family, and I know for a fact that they have never used my number, and I have never visited their website. I will make sure that I never visit their website anytime in the future too. This is clearly harassment. This has been very frustrating and disturbing.
Some executives even go in denial, saying that their data is correct and I did visit the website. I have told the executives to update their systems repeatedly but after picking up the calls, intensity of calling from this company increases much more. It just worsens when you try to reason with them. There is no respite, even after stating that I am NOT interested on calls.
I have blocked multiple numbers from this company. This is unprofessional and pathetic, very cheap behavior to make sales. Customers are harassed at the expense of profits.

      I have bought this policy 20 days back from policy bazar where I also made the payment. However this policy has not been issued till now and everytime I do a follow-up they make a new story. The process is very slow and I am very much disappointed by such service. When asked for cancellation they say that around 2000 INR will be deducted. When the company is taking so long to issue policy then why I should bear the loss of money

        I have paid for term insurance, since it's been more than 3 weeks, i haven't received my policy copy, when I call the customer care team they are giving wrong information, I have sent all the documents and medical test also been completed, till now policy bazaar app showing medical test is pending, when I spoke to the customer care of policy bazaar they are saying medical test is completed, I am really sick and tired with the policy bazaar people, since they are not replying anything in professional way, everything I need to educate them on the way they doesn't know anything.

          I have taken Term life plan from Policy bazaar. Initially they forced me for 2 crore plan from MAx by giving FALSE promises. Then they said its best think if still want change we will change to 1 crore. During physical medical.
          I aslo notified them that i'll only take policy if physical medical os done and 1 crore plan.

          Still they issue policy without physical medical and changing plan from 2 crore to 1 crore.
          When I put cancellation they deducted 4000/- without my fault. This is their mistake.

            Car insurance renewal update

            My car insurance was expiring on 19 Jan 22. After thorough research, i finalised on a policy from DIGIT through Policy Bazaar and paid Rs 9498 on 16 Jan followed by submission of car INSP photos and KYC on 17 Jan.             I have apply for car comprehensive insurance plan on policy bazar application on 19th January'23.

            One of the chat assistant manila Verma emp I'd (PW06222) ask me to make payment first and then we will guide you.

            I have make payment of 4187, however she said that it will reflect in 20 min.

            However it's been 3 days now, it still not reflecting, even they are not providing the way to complaint.

            Request either get my policy or my money back.

                    Cancel and refund

                    I sent email to policy Bazaar customer care to cancel the insurance policy of my car with Policy Number AU[protected] Reference ID:[protected] on dec 05 2022 because I sold the car for my personal reasons and requested for refund for the remaining period. Till now no update about. without refunding the remaining PB representative closing my complaint's and saying its resolved while they are keeping my money.

                    Dear Sir/Madam
                    I brought a policy from policybazaar.com. First of all i was checking the policy after putting my details and they started calling me and then i buy one policy. But they gave me totally wrong information regarding policy and i request to callback 5-6 times i didn't get any call they i tried my call connected and i request them to proceed my insurance for freelook cancellation because the document i got that is totally opposite what they said.
                    Everytime they tried to convence me but didn't proceed for freelook cancellation.
                    I have lost my 5192rs in this fraud. That guy is also blocked me and his manager also blocked my number.
                    I talk to Tata AIA regarding policy they said your account is surenderd we can't refund your money.

                      I am getting mininum two calls everyday from policy bazaar even after telling i am not interested. Now they keep giving missed calls. This is happening since a month. Please look into this and provide a solution. I dont want any business form policy bazaar.

                        On 30th sep m purchase a health insurance with free of cost extra accidental cover of Rs 10 lakh but after purchase the didnt pickup call the give fraud no. fraud peoples and then m talk with sr manager the tell me we give only 5 lakh cover but after some time they also not pick up my call and not reply any message

                          Dear Team,

                          Greetings. Policybazzar sold me a term life insurance policy (TATA AIA) with wrong Premium amount & paying terms.
                          I had requested for a term insurance policy from TATA AIA for 1 CR life cover with Paying term 10 years on Sept 27, 2022.

                          The Policy U[protected] got issued by TATA AIA on Oct 02, 2022 with life cover 1.5cr, PT 5 years instead of requested Life Cover of 1Cr & PT 10 years.
                          I was assured time and again by Policy Bazaar agents that the policy will be issued only after the requested changes(Life cover 1CR & PT 10 years) as per my email and telephonic discussion with them.
                          Policybazzar then assured me to rectify the error & re-issue the policy with correct details.
                          TATA AIA refused to make amendments & agreed to cancel the policy. I am since then following up with PolicyBazaar for full refund INR 23137 as they mistake was caused by Policybazaar.
                          I got partial refund of INR 17602.47 on Oct 19 & chasing PolicyBazaar for remaining refund of Inr 5535/- from last 2+ months. They keep on giving me new dates but no headway.
                          I am able to provide email correspondence /evidence of the details I provided in the email.

                          Need your help please to resolve the issue & impose penalty on Policybazzar for selling wrong policy & then not providing the refund for more than 2 months already.

                            I had taken a car insurance from policy bazar. unfortunately there was a accident to my car. After lot of delay from the Policy bazar there was finally a email sent to the local Insurance office. Then from there i took the initiative to allot surveyor and as soon as the car was repaired. all the related documents was submitted from surveyor. Now its been more than 25 days but still i did not receive the reimbursement amount.

                            There is a serious lapse from policy bazar. I have been calling to them almost everyday. But there is no support from their end. Its a very pathetic service from them. I dont want to do any business with policy bazar in future.

                              Hello Support,

                              I had bought a policy from Policy Bazaar 2 years back. The policy from Policy bazaar which was expiring on 02-Nov-2022.

                              20 Days back after a long conversation with Policy bazaar for different policy plan I have decided to go with my existing policy, for that I was given a link for payment from policy bazaar having premium of Rs. 38511/- . I paid for that.

                              I confirmed same with Policy bazaar over the call.

                              After waiting for few days I started raising my complaint through Chat on Policy bazaar because I didn’t get the policy copy but didn’t get a proper response. Till date I didn’t received the policy copy .

                              After so many days finally i received call from the agent I was talking before Rohit Kharbanda, He was demanding extra Rs. 6800/- to issue the policy after Policy has been expired.
                              From overall act, It looks like it has been done intentionally. Policy Bazaar has dragged this till Policy expire so they can demand extra money, If they have replied me before I have an option to choose another plans or do anything.

                              After complaining to them they Admit their mistake and say it was calculation mistake from their end but you have to pay the difference amount.

                              My concern is why should I pay for their mistake? They must pay the short fall which they caused by saying false information And it does not seems like mistake they have done this intentionally. Same thing happened to one my friend which confirm they are doing this for their advantage.

                              They toucher me by saying if you don’t insure your self think what will happened because your policy will expired. I am really frustrated with their behavior and calls,

                              Please help me!! I don't have trust on them and don't want to pay them.

                                Refund - Policy No -[protected] - Bajaj Allianz

                                I have still not received any refund for above mentioned policy no -[protected] which was already cancelled 5 months before.

                                I have sent the several email to policy bazar and Bajaj Allian for the same but there is not any positive response for the refund.

                                I have called many time to Agent Mr. Ankush ( UAE ) on[protected] but he does not have clues that by when I can get this refund.

                                Please arrange to help it out to solve this issue.
