Mis selling// Charging GST Term Plan for NRI

Hi,

Ms Pooja from Policy Bazaar has sold me a Term Plan Policy no C[protected] in the month of March 2022. I have clearly stated that I am an NRI, still they charged me GST and i have paid three premium i.e. March // April // May 2022. I have lodged several complaints without success.

Policy not issued yet

I renewed my 2 wheeler insurance policy through policy bazar on 28th July. I made payment which is successful but my policy is not issued yet. I tried many times to contact to policy bazar through mail and calls but not got good response. Its been 10 days my policy is not issued yet.

Misguided me and sold wrong product to me

I had planned to invest in mutual funds and clearly mentioned that I don't need insurance plan but I was misguided and my money was invested in a unit linked insurance plan attached with a endowment plan....

Two Wheeler insurance - Policy Renewal not done properly.

I own a Two wheeler - Hero Pleasure. The policy was expiring on 13/7/2022, i renewed it on 11.07.2022.

They made a mistake they wrote the date 16.07.2022 instead of 11.07.2022.

Wrong information provided while selling health policy

Refund of policy that was rejected

I had taken a Group Health Insurance for my employees in the month of March 2022, which was rejected by the insurer company stating certain reasons, I was informed about rejection after around a month that is in April 2022, and was informed that my refund would be sent, it’s been more than 3 months I haven’t received any refund till date. Policy Assistant goofed up!

Cheated for Term insurance

This policy C[protected] was approved in May 2022. Due to wrong transaction via NRO account while it is supposed to be NRE account customer service officer asked me to send cancellation email and request for refund. Based on customer service officer advise I had requested for cancellation. I was keep on insisting to raise a new policy before the cancellation as the policy was already approved. But he keep on insisting to get the refund first...

False information about policy

I purchased tata AIG term policy, while purchasing policy . Agent told me with 30 to 45 days i can cancel my policy and i will get my money back guarantee.

Calling us daily for a policy explanation

They are calling me and my mom daily twice or thrice to give an explanation about the policy. I told them plenty times I don't need it. still they keep on calling me daily. such a nuisance behaviour they are doing....

Poor services

I had claimed for my new vehicle. Unfortunately the support i recieved from the team policy bazaar is really heart breaking.
They sell to support but during claims u are just left to call with no response. Or even a worst advise to go for legal course. Rather then solving the issues....

Insurance policy refund no updates

It took policy bazar more than a month to say the policy canot be renewed. All this while a PED was done for a star policy for my mother in law. Multiple contacts all giving me fake assurances. Started with sapna Sharma, gaurav adhikari, Monica, raja and now Armaan. It's so pathetic that now every day same subject is copied and I m told they tried reaching me. Insurance renewed on 3rd June and I was forced to do that ....

My Claim is not processed

I've raised a Claim in Policy Bazzar on 14th May 2022 for the Windshield replacement. As per Policy Bazzar suggested I've done the replacement and paid my own cash payment and I've received a estimation bill and invoice copy and submitted via eMail to Policy Bazzar on 21st May. No Response from team in Issuing Policy once payment is made

We have take policy with Policy Bazaar. Till I made payment they called me daily twice. Once I uploaded all documents and payment made, it is taking them 45 days in issuing the policy.

I made payment on 28th May 2022 and till date (29th Jun 2022) Policy is not issued. We uploaded all required documents in the site 28th May 2022.

We need Policy issuance documents to be shared immediately....
