Policy Bazaar — cancellation and refund

I cancelled policy within 15 days but refund not done by company. They says you can cancel it within 15 days and your money automatically in your account but now they says it requires branch visit of banks
I purchase term plan but i want to cancel and want my money back. I don't like that plan after taking plan policy bazar don't respond promptly and they also makes many mistakes in my all details like nomination. Si i want to cancel it and want money back
