Someone is using my mobile number and inappropriate names in policybazar. Policy bazar not even asking to verify the number. They keep sending me messages with inappropriate names. This happened so many times. They are just asking for mobile number and name. They should ask to verify the given number. Where is the privacy. Companies like them not caring such things.

    I have taken a policy for my car hr01 ab 3355 and paid a sum of ;rs. 5675/- on 13 ssep 2019. Till date i have not received the soft copy of the policy. Number of time i have contracted their toll free number but all in vain. Is there any body in this policy bazaar to respond about it. The staff is totally illiterate to guide any customers through policy bazaar i have taken united india insurance policy and really pained that even after 15 days no soft copy has been received. Kindly refund the amount or fwd the soft copy of the policy. My mobile no is [protected].

      Too much calls and emails from the policy bazaar it's irritating, i have just checked a policy premium in their site and they started to call like anything. They knew which policy i have looked into they don't respect my privacy. Please remove my mobile number and email address from your mailing list and database. Please give an option to delete policy bazaar account in your website.

        I kiran devi, mobile no. [protected] booked a policy on dated 13 sep 2019, and I have paid an amount of rs.11613 against policy booking no.[protected], for my car DL1CAB7322, but till date your team is fail to do the policy . I have called more that 50 times by my other mobile number [protected].but every time got reply after 48 hours your policy will issued.still my car is standing at my house and I am using public transport for daily work, which is very deficult to me cause of policy bazaar .I want to know that, is this your working culture to dealing with customer .I feel very harassed by policy bazar so, now I am requesting to you please cancel my booking no[protected] and refund my amount as soon as possible .

            I had a call from your side some person number is[protected] and his name is shinay shingh barith as per true caller.. He has a very bad attitude.. First of all he said to me rani ji baat kar rahi hain.. I said no than vo bola phir kon bol rahe ho main policy bazaar se bol raha hu.. Maine bola wrong number than he said apka number policy bazar par aaya tha loan k liye maine bola maine apply ni kiya muje ni pata kasise aaya to argument karne laga company ka time waste karte ho.. Phir maine bhi bola tum log hum logo ka time waste karte ho.. Please clear his doughts and aage se be in manner..

              I called a person afternoon from policy bazar
              Phone number:+[protected] yesterday at 11:45am the employee who lifted the call was very rude he was just talking in a very rude way
              He asked when we want to start health insurance we said we will discuss and say in response to this he was very very rude
              This is not the way to speak with customers???

              I have given part payment of Rs 10000/- for religare healthcare, but unable to pay full, my part payment has stuck
              i got msg on 29.08.2019 it will refund within 10 working days,
              my 10000 has stuck, called on toll free number but they also not helped for the same. i want my money.

                I would like to inform you that my two wheeler insurance has been not renewed but my balance debit of my account. Balance cutting rf id[protected]. I am so sad of my debited balance. My balance rs 887. May be tired for help doesn't anybody no help. So i requested to you that my balance refund of my account. Because i mentally harassing of your company toll free no, more time i contact of your toll free numbers but did not referrence. So pls my problem to solft immediately and me mentally relusk.

                  I am regularly getting calls from policy bazar persons as if i am looking for term plan. I have not accessed their website. I have informed the sales persons also to delete my details if any two weeks ago. But even yesterday was getting sms. Today multiple calls.. Still getting calls from them. It is annoying. Please remove my contact details from your websites.

                    I’m seriously freaking out right now. Using policy bazaar for the first time and such pathetic experience has happened.. What the hell? The amount has been deducted from my bank and the policy hasn’t been received yet.

                    Seriously pissed off!!!
                    What is going on here?? I cant not wait for freaking 4-5 days to get back my money.

                    Just send me the damn policy right away.

                      Please stop the promotional calls. I am very sick of those. I don't want to buy any policy from policybazaar. So why are you guys unnecessarily calling me?

                      I have not registered on any of your sites. How did you guys get my number? You guys are simply wasting my time. I have asked your agents so many times to stop calling me as i m very irritated and frustrated by your calls.

                      I request you to stop calling and disturbing me. I m not at all interested in buying any policy from you.

                      I hope this is a legitimate process and will work.

                        Hello Sir,

                        I bought used car, the RC has been transferred to my name. The previous owner took car insurance policy from policybazzar and which is going to end 14th oct 2019. I have called multiple times to policybazzar customer care in this regards but they are not in mood to work on my request. Every time they are transferring my calls to different people but no one is helpful on this. Can you took strict action on them and strictly fine some charges on the policy bazzar.

But the requirement of soft copy of policy is urgent for my further movement to new place. Kindly look into it

                              I booked a policy with policy bazaar (Booking id[protected] and application number c[protected] on 6th sept 2019.

                              I was not happy with their service and arrogance of their staff hence requested to cancel and refund the money rs. 13, 288/- paid to them.

                              There is no response from policy bazaar even after writing to them 100 mails.

But, a mail having ref id no[protected] has received by me to complete my payment. Which is paid by my self.

                                I have made payment a payment for my vehicle insurance on 16/09/2019 after making the payment they didn’t provide any confirmation or policy to me. Since the policy was very urgent to me, so that i have made many request for call back, but they didn’t made any response to my queries. All the toll free numbers mentioned in the site are fake.
                                As per preference, i have made payment towards reliance general insurance by using policy bazaar as agent.

                                  Policy bazar calling me atleast 20 times/day to sell me policy & they ask for credit card details over phone.
                                  I am getting mentally harassed as i work in night and sleep in day & they call when i am sleeping. I requested them to not call again as i already have a health insurance policy, but they wont stop and it's been 3 months now. Please help it is mental harrassment.

                                    I had buy two wheeler insurance plane on date 15 sep 2019 sunday 02:02 pm amount is 1476.00.

                                    I have received payment successfully policy bazaar payment recipe with payment id "pay_dipsh8ucskcidu" on my ragisterd emil id.

                                    I have also received bank debited amount sms.

                                    But my issue is not received my policy.

                                    That time i am using online chat on policy bazar helpline i talk with miss abhilasha_pw12008 and mr salman_pw15388.

                                    I provided to my register email id and payment id to mr salman_pw15388 but he told me no any successful transaction showing in policy bazaar system.

                                    Now i am helpless.

                                    I need my policy as soon as possible.

                                    If traffic policy any callahan provided to me regarding two wheeler insurance. That time all amount paybal policy bazaar because of i am pay to policy bazaar and i get successfully confirmation message but not received policy.

                                      After i wrote the above mail... I recived the below reply... From policy bazar... The mail reply seems of no use... For the sake of replying an email they are just replying... But no action taken..

                                      But still to my surprise your policy bazar people intentionally keeps call my no like hell... And now they have started sending me mails for not responding... Till now i have blocked 50+ tollfree nos from policy bazar. Still the other day policy bazar people used to call me from a new nos. This is really frustrating...

                                      Even if i would have done a policy from policy bazar in future... Now i swear i would never ever think of it...

                                      I request concerned authorities to please take action against such idotic employees...
