[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — car accident | |||
I had met with an accident couple of months ago and claimed the united india insurance via policy bazaar but the payment yet to release to get the vehicle. The car is ready to but the payment is not done yet by the insurance office as it has some issues with the igst & sgst tax issues. The car is now at tamil nadu erode ambal maruthi showroom. We have tried calling the customer care no: [protected] but no answer and automatically disconnected during the ivr menu. However, i had spoken with a guy and he said he would come back to me but still he dint. I have provided my details in below. Jan 3, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The surveyor has sent you several emails about the final settlement emails but he has not received any response from your end.
The company has never emailed me the surveyor no: 98427-96777.
It seems you have to send the email to Local insurance office to release the payment.
Kindly talk to the surveyor to get more information than i described here. Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 04, 2019 Policy Bazaar Customer Care's response Team, No update so far.
