Policy Bazaar — car insurance policy ordered (premium amount paid) but policy not received. | |||
Hello, I had renewed my car insurance policy with reliance through policybazaar.com. The premium amount (Rs. 6, 064/-) was deducted from my account on he very same day (08/july/2019) i made the purchase. I still have not received the certificate of insurance, for the same. Each time i call up and i have been calling up for the last few days, each executive collects all the details and either keep on hold for a while before cutting the line without any assistance or even informing me about the issue redressal action required from my part. Finally an an executive informs me that the premium may have been deducted from my account but there is no booking under my account. Now i have no clue as to how i should get this corrected. My current insurance has expired and i am unable to drive my vehicle as well. Kindly help me resolve this issue and correct the situation.
