My car insurance was expiring on 19 Jan 22. After thorough research, i finalised on a policy from DIGIT through Policy Bazaar and paid Rs 9498 on 16 Jan followed by submission of car INSP photos and KYC on 17 Jan. Since that day I have been in continuous touch with policy Bazaar waiting long hours on hold. They clarified to me that my KYC and videos have been approved and the policy will be issued shortly. The delay is only due to a technical error on the app. I am still waiting for my policy. Instead, I'm now getting calls from policy Bazaar on 22 jan that ur policy has expired so we will issue a refund instead. This is dismal professionalism. No accountability at all right??
