Policy Bazaar — Claim not processed

I have bought comprehensive car policy by Jan 2025 and claimed car insurance for the year 2025.

However from initial stage of claim approval policy bazzar asked previous year insurance policy of comprehensive I.e 2024 and I have intimated them that I have only third party insurance for previous year not for own damage.

After completion of my vehicle repair DL 7CR 9633 now policy bazzar is refused to make payment by asking previous year policy of owm damage.

I'm very clear that I have claimed the insurance for current year 2025 with respective documents and no way connected with previous year policy.

If it is so the policy bazzar would been denied the during purchase of my current policy and this was not instructed by them during purchase
