[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar.com — regarding policy cancellation policy no.3408683

Respected madam

I did email to policy bazaar.com regarding policy cancellation (Bajaj future gain), dated[protected] before policy issued date. But the policy has not been canceled yet., for which i have the follow-up to policy bazaar, many times through phone and give to the positive response, but not cancellation policy to till now. Please look into this matter, resolve my issue as soon as., details description as given below. Policy bazaar customer care is saying to me, your policy is cancellation through the local home branch, but when i buy the policy from policy bazaar.com through online, then why should go through online cancellation, therefore without any create issue my policy should be canceled. Otherwise, i will file a court case., this issue will escalate at high level.
