Dear concern,

I am one of a valued customer for policy bazaar and i have taken policy for my car from policy bazaar as the quotes are good, but i am not aware of the fact that the services are not at all good or satisfactory. I have requested for insurance document transfer for all most 10 days and till date the inspection was not done for the vehicle and i am chasing like # to them customer care executive don't have any answer for the questions

Dear concern,

    On 31 oct 17 i have paid 7439/- through online link to policy bazar.com to buy car policy but due to some technical reason policy was not done... After 2 days i have to buy another car policy through policy bazar. But the amount which was credited on 31 oct 17 is still not refunded... I have launched complaint to my bank service and they reply that refund will be done from policy bazar only.. I have again complaint to policy bazar but no response comes from their side plzzz help me to solve the problem

      It's been 5 days when i did two wheeler policy renew from policy bazaar website. Your website shows "sorry transaction failed" but money has been deducted from my account. Even i did complaint on your policy bazaar customer care number but didn't receive proper response.

      I was renewing two wheeler insurance from your site. Everything was good but at the time of payment. I went ahead with the process but your site showed me sorry traction has been failed.. But i received a msg from my citi bank a/c about deduction of amount. My contact number [protected].

      Kindly help me to renew my two wheeler policy.

        I had taken a policy from policy bazar from your site dated[protected], from the person named, kamal verma (Pw04765), he has told me that the policy has cashless claim, but as per the maruti nexa, they have confirmed that this is non cashless. I need proper justification and want to speak to the higher authority regarding this.

          I had booked on 12 nov 17 car insurance with the premium of rs 5387/-, idv value rs 447774/-, comprehensive policy through united india insurance company pvt lt. But when they send soft copy was different as i was booked they shows in policy premium value rs 2537/- idv value 0 and issued thirty party insurance.             Today i talked to arun malik (Sales executive) from policy bazaar about investment plans. He provided information about bajajallianz futuregain policy. But provided wrong details about plan. He did not told me about deductions of different charges against policy. But when i enrolled in that policy today then i got complete information about deductions of different charges but he told me that there should be no deductions of any charges. After reading details in mail provided, i called policy bazaar many times but they didn't provided me any deatils and even didn't fowarded my call to arun malik. I want to cancel this policy and want my money back which i invested.in this policy.. Please suggest me a way and help me in this case.. I will be reachable at [protected]...             My name is amit m.no [protected]. while selling health insurance ur executive talked about extra benifit of rs 4000 opd voutures. they told me the vouchers will deliver in 10 days but after 25 days i m still waiting for vouchers.

              It's been 1 month when i did vehicle policy from your website. Your website shows "sorry transaction failed" but money has been deducted from my account. Even i did complaint on your what's app complaint but no message received except one that they pass on my concern.
              I was actually doing vehicle insurance from your site.. Everything was good but at the time of payment... I went ahead with the process but your site showed me sorry traction has been failed.. But i received a msg from my sbi a/c ("thank you for using your sbi debit card 519xx1685 for a purchase worth rs1646.0 on pos [protected] at policybazaar insurance txn# 950039.")
              And still i am without policy..

                  I have bought 2 term plans of pnb met life from policy bazaar but due to bad service of the company i cancelled the plans and i requested them to refund my amount 1627 and 1628 respectively. But after a month i haven't got my refund till yet. When i call their customers service they have careless behaviour. I don't know why i bought it from them. Pathetic service and planning to go complaint against them further. I think ban these sites. Pathetic.

                    Insurance of my bother's scooter (Yamaha raw-z scooter) was expired on 18/09/2017 o[censored]nited india insurance company limited.

                    So, i have purchased two wheeler insurance alongwith personal accident insurance from policy bazaar for my bother's scooter (Yamaha raw-z scooter) on 22/09/2017 with total amount of rs. 1558/- out of which rs. 1109/- charged for two wheeler insurance from united india insurance and rs. 449/- charged for personal accident insurance from religare health insurance.

                    But i have got only personal accident insurance on 25/09/2017, then talk with the customer support executive of policy bazaar about two wheeler policy, then they said that, they don't have any record regarding payment for two wheeler policy, however i made payment in a single transaction from my bank account, then i told customer support executive of policy bazaar about my payment, then customer support executive accepted that they have received my payment for two wheeler policy and then customer support executive of policy bazaar told me that, to wait for 24 hours and policy will be issued and the same will be sent to my mail id.

                    After that, i am waiting for policy about 3 (Three) days and again called to policy bazaar about my query that, policy still not received at my mail id. And also told the customer support executive that my existing policy was expired and it will very risky to drive a motor vehicle without policy.

                    Than i decided to purchase policy offline (By visiting insurance company office), and also to cancel the policy which i had purchased from policy bazaar. And i have sent mail for cancellation to policy bazar on 26/09/2017.

                    Then policy bazaar ask me to sent alternate policy of the vehicle and sent the offline purchased policy (Alternate policy) to policy bazaar, but policy bazaar taking so much time to cancelled the policy which purchased from them, i have talked with many (About 15-20 different) customer support executives and they always saying that, kindly allow them time period of 7 days for the cancellation.

                    After passing few days i have received a mail asking that, to share cancelled checked of insured person i. E. My brother, and send them cancelled cheque of my brother.

                    But policy bazaar, haven't refunded my cancelled payment, then i frequently talked with many customer support executives for the issue and always they asking that, kindly allow them few more time.

                    As now it was 4 month approx. Passed while i am continuously talking with customer support executive but till now my refund was not initiated.

                    As a common citizen i have noting to do if the company i. E. Policy bazaar except calling/mailing them regularly about my issue.

                    Now it seem like they intentionally not refunding my money (As per the norms of policy bazaar, they have to refund cancelled amount within 15-20 days), so it is prayed that kindly refund my money take some action against policy bazaar for such ignorance / improper working method.

                    I am just hoping that, my this complain will give me justice about my issue.

                    Same thing has also happened to me. They said refund has been made on 28 may 2019 and gave rrn number but it has not refunded in bank account till 8th may 2019.

                      I have booked a policy on 12th december 2017 by paying premium of rs.3973/-. I have not received the soft copy or hard copy of policy. My earlier policy has already expired on 17th december 2017 and there is no response from the executives. Vehicle running on road without insurance.

I got accident today and visited phase 9 mohali branch and meet mr sanjiv bansal senior divisional manager. They said they do not entertain me because i buy policy via online can you please tell me if you don't entertain online clients why are you providing those type of portal services.                         On 4 dec 2017 i called policy bazaar customer care number had words with customer care executive mr mohit emp id cw06451 he said please send a mail to [protected]@policybazaar.com regarding this. But i not even received any reply from any of one once again i called to policy bazaar they said wait we will reply to you... But today its 12 dec 2017.
                        Policy bazaar give me wrong commitment please take a strike action against them. I buy a policy for my care for convince not for harassment.

                          Hello!

                          I booked star health insurance policy r/161130/01/2018/012638 on 11th nov 17 through policy bazar. I paid by creditcard to policy bazar. Next week i got a message from policy bazar that star heath is not issuing insurance to me due to health condition. They said my amount will be refund in same account from which i paid. But after so my call and complaint in policy bazar, my amount not refunded yet.in every call they said it will take 4-5 working days.

                          Now after almost a month there is no hope. They are not updating any reason for which amount not receiving.

                          So i request you please help me!

                            I am rajashekar i purchased a two wheelar insurance for hero glamour bike throw policy bazar for united india insurance on nov 29th 2017 still now policy not issued but how policy will start on dec 2nd it's mentioned on my booking receipt. I have n'the received any soft or hard copy. I called several times and i request compliant many people not responded. Please sanction as soon as possibles other wise i will file a petition in court. If not possible please give refund my money and also please find attachment.

                            I have initiated refund for the investment insurance policy which I had subscribed with Bajaj Allianze. Due to their stringent operating procedure I have requested for the refund. Policy is not issued, however policy bazaar has started to ignore my refund request.

                              My husband is traveling we had to renew our car insurance I did not check with my husband and went ahead and bought a car policy from policy bazaar website and have made a payment of 16582. But later got to know from my husband that he had too bought one more policy.

                              Post that I called policy bazaar customer care and I was informed that I should write to their id which is [protected]@policybazaar.com and have shared the provided them with the details of the other policy which was purchased by my husband, I have been writing to them but have since 5th of Dec and until now I have not got any confirmation or revert.

                              The details of the policy purchased by me as follows

                              · Insurer Name: Bajaj Allianz
                              · Premium: Rs. 16, 582
                              · Your Policy No: OG[protected]-00083291

                              I am also attaching the details of the policy purchased by my husband. Kindly help me get my current policy with you and provide me a refund for the same.

                                Have gotten a policy from you guys, app id 40285961

                                I got a idv of 220, 500.
                                My car was stolen at[protected], and i reported the same and submitted all the documents by oct10 (They asked lots of vague documents).

                                Not after chasing and calling them for months, they told me i can be paid 165, 000 inr instead of 220, 500 because i have chosen a higher idv.
                                I told them idv was provided by policy bazaar and royal sundaram, but they say to increase the premium broker may sell high idv policy but it is not right at all and royal sundaram bears no responsibility for it.

                                I further told them only they issued the policy.
                                So they are now saying they will offer a replacement vehicle only and not any amount as it is sold by a broker and amount was not authenticate.
                                I gave 10056inr of premium instead of some 6000inr only to have a higher idv so as to secure myself incase of mishappening like this.

                                I have already filed a case in irda against insurer but they claim it is a mistake on policybazaar side not from their side.

                                I have emailed you guys so many times, you guys come with service center list and looking into the matter email, its been 20 days since you have not responded. I have called customer care they ask me to share my concern on some email id. Your id guys reply they are looking into the issue anad will get back to me and asks me to share my concern on toll free number after sharing all the concern on email.

                                there are not people but bots seating there.
                                and yes sometimes there are people too with single digit IQ.
                                they call you hundred times to sell but not to provide service.
                                never received any call in this last month despite giving them my number on calls and mails.
                                and emailing them continuously for days
