Policy Bazaar — complaint against a fraud transaction | |
Dear pb, Trust you are doing well, I would like to bring to your notice that as a customer of policy bazaar with a cell number [protected], i am really feeling cheated and frustrated because an unauthorized transaction of rs.14106 was debited from my credit card/acc. Number –xxxxxxxxxxx7009 card on[protected]:29:43 pm. Surprisingly, i have not received any otp or any alerts prior to debit. As per rbi guidelines i have blocked my card immediately when i noticed the same, in order to avoid further fraud transactions. As this is my credit card and rs.14106 is fraudulently debited from my account which is not a small amount for me. I need your help and resolution in order to continue the services from the pb as loyal customer. I would highly appreciate it if the pb can track this transaction and where it was credited because there is no consent was taken from me before this was initiated and make necessary arrangements so that fraud transaction is corrected and rs. 14106 gets fixed/credited back to my account. I have not paid or authorized any transactions here, but the payment gateway and merchant id is in name with policy bazaar so in this case you must have allthe details of the transactions. Also, i would like to inform you that i will continue the services further, but i think the policy bazaar must take strict action against the above-mentioned issues if it has been done by any internal employee. As an indian citizen i have the right to get the resolution and rbi guidelines also suggests that it should be resolved at earliest. I have investigated with the bank and insurance company that there is no transaction credited to them for the same. Please let me know where the amount gets credited and who is the culprit here as a merchant you must have all details. I would suggest that policy bazaar should involve me in the investigation and send me a report on the same. The required proofs are attached with the mail. I will be filing a complaint and fir against the fraud.in case if i don’t get any resolution please don’t mind if i will take legal actions as i have the merchant id and gateway confirmed as a policy bazaar.
