Policy Bazaar — extra amount charged and mental torture or harassment

Below given is the summary of the issue. Policy bazaar is aware of the issue as i called them too for help and drop emails too, however they never responded back to my emails and not taken any action to resolve this issue

This is regarding my policy (Bajaj allianz) which i bought through policy bazaar. My first concern was how the autopay was set up as i did not ask to set up, later i realized when i made the payment there was a check box which was prefilled, that check box was for enabling the autopay.

There are two policies under one plan and this complaint is for policy number [protected]. Ideally premium should have deducted for both policies as per due date showing on the home page (Bajaj allianz app), however payment of inr 3000 was deducted only for one policy on 04sep2020 and not for another policy (Policy number provided above). On 05sep2020, i informed policy bazaar team and bajaj allianz customer care team about the issue on there customer care numbers and dropped email also. On call they had asked me to wait for some time as system might deduct the premium in coming days. On 23sep2020, i received message stating premium of inr 4219 is due from my side, however actual premium amount is only 4180 and my policy was also showing as lapsed on mobile app home page. It means they have charged some interest or late fees and then i called up bajaj allianz on there customer care number that despite of proactively highlight the issue you have charged extra amount. Then on call we mutually decided that i will make the payment manually as i already waited for long time for auto deduction to happen and policy was showing as lapsed. I make the payment of inr 4219 as i was afraid that i could lose already paid premiums as policy was showing as lapsed and then payment got failed, however amount was already deducted. I again informed the bajaj allianz team about this issue and dropped email to bajaj allianz and policy bazar.

On 28sep2020, i received a message that auto deduction of inr 4219 has been done. My concern is this when i was requesting bajaj allianz to deduct the amount/premium they did not do it (It could be because of technical issues), but now when i already made the payment, they have done the autodeduction.

So far i have paid 4258 extra amount to bajaj allian in sep 2020 month. I want to cancel my policies and want all my money back with interest.
Premium amounts are given:
Aug: inr 7180
Sep: inr 11438.

I have also attached the emails i dropped to them and they never responded to my emails. I have already called up customer care team for more than 10 times and now i can not bear this pain. Please help.
