Policy Bazaar — health insurance/ emi charges on my credit card account by mistake | |||||
I have taken lifeline policy of royal sundaram no. Sgp[protected]/pbl1/supreme through your company with full policy payment. Earlier to that we had applied for health insurance with cigna ttk whick was rejected by cigna.in this case we had agreed for payments in emi. Due to rejection, my total payment was reimursed. Now, despite making the complete payment to royal sundaram, in my monthly credit card bill i am seeing rs. 736.26 + 5, 978 being charged as: mer emi int nbr:03, [protected] and m-www.policybazaar.com, p[protected]. (Ref099999999811040020478). Including the present credit card bill, emi has already been charged 4 times. And mails written to [protected]@policybazaar.com have not been acknowledge. I am sure that this is a mistake. Please verify the same and reimburse the amount charged as emis asap. If i do not hear frpm you in a week or so, i will have to take up the issue at other levels which may not be in the best interest of your company. Counting on you. Regards / umesh Counting on you.
