Hello, myself neeraj sharma was browsing for a health insurance policy at your website policy bazar, i wanted cover for myself, my wife and my 70 days old kid, i chose max bupa plan for the same, as i was filling up details i realised that the policy covers kids after they are 91 days old so i cancelled the plan and thought i would get it when my kid is 91 days old, the next day i got a call from your representative asking why i cancelled the process, i told him the reason to which he replied that - if you take the policy now you can add your kid when she turns 91 days old by making a simple phone call to us or the concerned insurance provider it's an easy process and you will also get discount if you work this way and your premium will be less, if you go for insuring all three people later your premium will be more in comparison. I asked him time and again that i have to add my daughter in the policy and there should be no problem later and he reassured me for the same. Now when everything was done the insurance company representative told me that is not possible and i could only add my daughter when i renew my policy next year. He told me he will arrange a call back but no contact was made further. My friend has her neonatal child covered in her insurance policy. I am really annoyed by this and you guys better sort this out, i have call recordings as proof, i don't want to take it any further if you guys honestly sort this out, but if this is the way you lie and loot your customers i'll have to see some legal options.
