Hi, Product: royal sundaram - lifeline supreme Application no: pc04493640 There is lot of inconsistency in the information provided during the policy enrollment and the reality that i am facing now. I was told that medical test can be done at home and a clinic visit is not needed. But later we were repeatedly asked to visit clinic. We got the medicals done yesterday 08/24 morning 08:00am at rainbow diagnostics, madinaguda, hyderabad - 5000049. Today i am getting calls to visit the clinic for medical test. I called healthassure who scheduled the medical test yesterday and they say that the patient is absent for the medical test. I am not able to understand what is going on as the total system seems to have broken and there is no co-ordination between the policy bazaar - royal sundaram - health assurance - clinic Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
