Hi team,

Initially policy bazaar's executives were calling very frequently for my car insurance and we're asking for payment before inspection of vehicle.

I made the online payment, however they rejected insurance basis on some minor dents on my car.

Pls let me know can they take full payment without any inspection.

Now i requested for call from their manager, none of them calling...

I have booked a policy with policy bazaar which was rejected by the insurance company bhartiya axa, but even after 5 month of rejection i haven't received my refund i haven't contacting with the company for four months but i haven't received my refund just they provide false claim that they are looking for refund.
Details my policy was rejected on 10 feb 2018....

I purchased a policy of hdfcargo for my mother but i have not received any call for the medical even after 10 days of policy... They were keep on repeating that please wait for 1 more day.. after frustrating i asked for refund which has not been initiated after 3 days.. i called the customer care number they were keep on saying that you will recieve a call back within 30 mins but here too i have not received any call.. such a crap service.....

I've purchased a bike insurance policy, however while making the payment the page gave me an error and the amount has been deducted. Please refund me the charges or please help me with the insurance soft copy.

Pissed off with too many calls from policy bazar. Before they were calling 3-4 times a day. And some time at around 10 at nihgt. But this time they have crossed all the limit yeterday night at 12:01 even they were calling from the number.

I have received calls from policy bazaar on daily basis even i have dndon my number, they did not checked dsn status before calling,
In last 3 days i have received more then 8 calls.
I have told their team to remove my number from their data base but they did not remove it.
Request please do needful action. Let me know if you need anything from me.

Almost 2+ month passed but still, i have received mail due to system problem we are unable to share policy copy... Shame on these guys... Just cheating people.. Its big fraud company... I request all do't buy policy from these site... Its just headache... Instead buy directly from agent... Although it takes time... But no any future trouble... I buy it from policy bazar for time saving.. But since from 2 month i am wasting time for such stupid...

I purchased one health policy of where policy bazaar team promise to give one 5000/- opd insurance free but not yet received.

And # pb62251011 & pb66443001 dated[protected]. But no one responding

I m also going to lodge a complain to grievance team and consumer form

We have insured our car i20 active on 25th may 2018 my mob no ([protected]), but we have not received any copy of insurance, our amount of rs 3496/ has been deducted from our account & there is no positive reply from the policy baazar team, whenever we are trying to enquire there is no response from the same or they are keep on telling us that go and enquire in your bank...

1-i was sold a policy from akash keshav of your company for cigna health ttk in the month of april and i was given attractive offers...

I was surfing for health insurances & got a call from the executive, i asked him all the queries & said that i am interested in buying the policy but will make the payment within 2-3 days. Listening to this the executive made an argument & hung up the call without any reply from me. Is this the way you provide customer care.

Dnt buy any policy from policy bazar. I pay full payment for my health insurance and according to rule the send me my policy soft copy but they don't send me any kind of soft copy and i daily cl to customer support but they also dnt give me good response. Day by day they promise me that he willy giving me soft copy of my policy.

Plz do need full help as soon as possible...

Six month ago, i had a bait call from reliance capital mr. Sandip patil (Mo.[protected], he told me to purchage a life insurance policy if you purchage policy reliance capital give 0% roi (Rate of interest) loan sanction within max to max 20 days.

Sandipbhai patil went on guarding me at the phone and i then blinded him and at that...

I had taken a policy for my car vied policy no.[protected] for a period of 28/03/2017 to 27/03/2017 and my car got accident ed on 03/03/2018 and i booked complaint on line vied claim id 6111, and submitted duly completed claim form on 8th march, but in spite of my regular follow up, they have not even deputed surveyor by march 21st, and i have no other option than to repair at my own cost.

I purchased this policy from policybazar.com and they had not informed abou me any kind of video inspection to be done by insurance company, i met with accident during the policy tenure and i paid the full amount as raised byy dealers for my car. Their inspection incharge came to the deliver addrerss and make an accident report and submit to the company.
