Policy Bazaar — insurance policy copy not received. poor service | |||||
I've purchased care insurance renewal from policy bazaar on 23rd october 2017 of oriental insurance (Zero dep), booking id no 53673401. Despite several reminders and calls i'm not getting any response from policy bazaar. Everytime their cc gives some excuses and tells policy copy will be delivered to my mail within 24 hrs. Its been more than 3 days and i cannot take out my car as previous policy is expired. Pathetic service from policy bazaar. Don't purchase anything from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
